The aim of this bachelor thesis is to focus on the scale of fluctuations employees in the state company. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part are defined the basic concepts as fluctuation, causes of fluctuations, positive and negative impacts on the social environment. The practical part focus on the personal description of the company by analysing the company fluctuations in years 2010 – 2015. The research of the satisfaction of employees is necessary part in this thesis, because of its impact on fluctuations of the company.

Práce zaměřená na zhodnocení jednotlivých nástrojů marketingového mixu u České pošty, s. p. Státní podnik, Česká pošta, se stal největším českým poskytovatelem poštovních služeb s dlouholetou tradicí a silnou pozicí na trhu. Česká pošta, s. p. poskytuje široké spektrum poštovních služeb. Práce zaměřená pouze na produkty v oblasti expresních služeb, ve které se podnik nachází ve velmi silném konkurenčním prostředí. Dále na vývoj poštovnictví a historii České pošty, s. p. až po současnost, právní úpravu tohoto podniku, jak českou, tak evropskou a v neposlední řadě také na postavení státního podniku Česká pošta na současném komunikačním trhu.
