The main aim of Master's Thesis is create a business plan and then make a decision that the business project is feasible and viable. The theoretical part describes structure and crucial steps of founding internal business plan. The practical part is dedicated to creating a specific business plan according to steps described in theoretical part. The partial aims are: choosing suitable business and product, evaluation of legislative requirements, defining and determining the size of the target market, analysing of competitors and suppliers, determine the human resources, selecting appropriate marketing strategies (decisions on price, distribution and communication), preparation of realization project plan and financing plan, creating SWOT matrix, risk identification and selection of suitable methods for risk reduction. This business plan is evaluated at the conclusion.
Analysis of the possibility of foundation new cafe - project of foundation

Aim of this thesis is to analyze an opportunity of opening a new café and to create a business plan. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and applicative. In the first, theoretical part is described what entrepreneurship means, possible legal forms of a company in Czech Republic, duties of entrepreneur and specific requirements in hospitality industry. There is also defined what business plan is, its purpose, process of its creating and its structure. As a source of the theoretical part was used specialized literature and author's knowledge gained during studies at the University of Economics in Prague. Applicative part consists of a business plan including financial plan. Business plan was used as source for analysis of potential success of the café. Theoretical knowledge was applied to create applicative part.

It deals with the legislative conditions associated with starting a company and provides an overview of the Czech business environment with a comparison to other countries. It also provides information on the principles of creating a business plan, its advantages and essentials. The practical part of this thesis is dedicated to a business plan for a start-up company based on a specific business idea.

The graduation thesis deals with the evaluation of the individual entrepreneur's business plan. To decide whether a project is accepted or not, was drawn up a detailed business plan, sometimes referred to as a feasibility study. The theoretical part discusses the purpose of the business plan, elaborates on the basic essentials of the business plan, the form and the principles of treatment. Based on a synthesis of findings from the literature the author further elaborates on some of the tools of managerial and economic practises and their applicability in the business plan. The aim of the theoretical part is inter alia to provide guidance to anyone who is processing the business plan without necessity of studying comprehensive literature. The practical part already specifically deals with author's business plan. On its basis it should be possible to decide whether to implement the plan. It is specific narrowly focused Internet project. The methods used to evaluate the project revealed the potential of the project and simultaneously pointed out to the potential risks. The entire business plan then finds the image in the used modern approach to the evaluation of investment projects -- the Monte Carlo simulation.

The dissertation Business Plan - Wellness hotel contents both the theoretical principles of writing a business plan as well as, in particular, the practical part. The practical part is the real business plan concerning building, starting to operate and successful functioning of the wellness hotel. It contents all the appurtenances of a business plan, such as the market analysis, competition analysis, marketing plan, plan of production, financial plan, etc. The main aim of the dissertation is to assess and to decide, after a complex processing of the business plan, whether to implement the project or not, taking into consideration all the risks and circumstances.
