Ropice-care facility construction and technological project

The master‘s thesis deals with the constructive – technological project of day care centre in Ropice. The project includes a technical report, time and financial schedule, building site, quality and safety requirement, an operating regulativ for implementation of concrete cailing above the 1-st floor of a main building object. The work is based on the project for implementation.
The Issue of Financing the Care of Handicapped Children and Suggestions for its Improvement

Bachelor thesis focuses on very little popularized, but very serious issue of financing care for disabled children. The theoretical part explains the general concept of disability, its types and consequences. In the practical part is executed the SLEPT analysis, which defines the integration of these children and their families in society, their physical and financial demands, the possibility of intervention and state social assistance system and the legal basis of these claims. Subsequently are described in detail examples of practices from the perspective of income for families and institutions, in contrast with their financial needs.

The Touch of Generations project works with the design of a house in the center of Louny on the border of two typology as a possible way forward for the housing of the future. Linking family housing with housing for the elderly. Today's urban individualism and anonymity have disrupted original family ties and values. That supported economic model of success and the vision of profit completely affected our behavior and lifestyle. From now on but that will change. The arrival of a new retirement generation. A generation that grew up under socialism and respects freedom more than others. A generation that will no longer want to live alone, but who will take the initiative for your life with the intention of living with dignity and fullness. A generation that will create countless new ones typology and thanks to which the image of senior life in cities will competently change.
Quality in social work - Possibilities of utilizing social welfare institutions for improvement of elderly care services

This bachelors thesis deals with the quality of care in social institutions, primarily quality of care for the elderly people. Theoretical part defines aging and old age, its impact on individuals and ways of coping with these impacts, either personaly, with help of others or by means of state institutions. Aim of this thesis is to find out whether daily or weekly welfare institutions can improve the quality of care for the elderly people. Practical part comprises of questionaire researching peoples interest in utilizing either daily or weekly social care institution in Týn nad Vltavou among people older than 65 years.
Social work with people Alzheimer's disease

The object of this undergraduate thesis is to theoretically describe social work focused on in-home care for patients with Alzheimer's disease and to highlight specific features of this target group. This work contains characteristics of Alzheimer's disease as described in academic literature. Also, it covers the topic of in-home care, specific features of communication with the patient and the strain laid on the social worker. Finally, this thesis lists the options of help and support of social work towards both the patient and the social worker and focuses on possibilities of nonpharmacologic treatment.

Education of employees in some selected institutions social service

Bachelor thesis called EDUCATION OF EMPLOYEES IN PARTICULAR SOCIAL CARE ORGANISATIONS is focused on comparing options of next educational level for workers in particular organizations, i.e. what kind of mandatory courses do they have, which subjects of next educational level do they prefer, and how supported are they by their own employers. Conditions of employee training are researched in three social service facilities. Two of them are contributory organizations and one is ecclesiastical. These three facilities offer their service for multihandicaped patients. Bachelor thesis is set to two parts: theoretical and practical. The aim of the thesis is to research, if there are same options for all workers about attitude into a higher level of training.
