Use of field social service emergency care

The bachelor's thesis entitled USE OF THE FIELD SOCIAL EMERGENCY SERVICE is intended to find out how seniors, people with disabilities and people in direct danger of life are satisfied with the service offered and in what way the emergency care service affects their quality of life and how it helps their families. The theoretical part deals with the concept of quality of life and life satisfaction of seniors and people with disabilities with their specific needs. The practical part describes, in detail, the Social emergency service of Anděl Strážný, registered office in the Liberec region. It is based on the practical knowledge and experience of the author from the mentioned social service. It highlights the importance of thinking about every detail of the service provided, because even thesmallest detail of the individual setting of the service can decide to save human life The bachelor's thesis includes three case studies of clients, evaluation of their satisfaction with the offer of the emergency care service of Anděl Strážný. The results are compared with the outputs of other research projects in the Czech Republic.

Belavá, S. Satisfaction of clients of accommodation facilities in the South Moravian Region. Thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2018. This diploma thesis deals with the level of customer satisfaction and the quality of services provided in 3* and 4* hotels, located in the South Moravian Region. Based on primary research, the key factors affecting the overall satisfaction of the client are revealed, as well as the level of satisfaction with the hotel services is identified. The partial aim of the thesis is to analyze the impact of the hotel certification on the level of client satisfaction. To determine the perceived quality of provided hotel services, SERVQUAL model along with GAP analysis are applied. In line with the assessment of primary data, recommendations for hotel operators are formulated to enhance the quality of provided services.

The bachelor thesis "The analysis of preparation and professional assistance of carers working in the Centre of Social and Carers Assistance in Prague 10" is divided into the theoretical and research part. The basic concepts and history of nursing services are described and explained in the theoretical part. In addition to that there are well defined qualification requirements for the nurses' performance in terms of legislation as well as the practical exercise of the nursing profession in the Centre of Social and Care Giving Assistance and at the same time it offers insight into the current opportunities in order to gain the necessary qualification. The research part specifies the issues and identifies the research group, which is a specific group of nurses. At the same time it approaches the research intention and describes the methods that were used for the data collection.
