Lenka Felcmanová Abstract: The main goal in this thesis titled "The application of individual education programme (IEP) for pupils with specific learning disabilities (SLD)" to examinate the efficiency of education of students with SLD accordning to IEP, who are included in regular elementery school and the awareness of the "parent-studentteacher" unit about the topic of specific learning disabilities and about using IEP at schools. Theoretical part contains brief characteristics of SLD, forms of education for pupils with SLD and legislation that regulates such education. Practical part presents findings from qualitative research using interview as the research method. The target of the research is comparison of statements of the student in second grade at elementery school,his teachers and his parent related to education according to EIP.
