Specialization of volleyball training at the adolescent category

Title of thesis: Specialization of volleyball training at the adolescent category Aim of thesis: The aim is to identify and characterize the views of trainers with many years experience of coaching children and young people to specialize in training. Method: To fulfill the research objectives, I used the method of interrogation using non-standardized questionnaire with closed questions. The obtained data from the questionnaire were analyzed by the sum of the number of probands and their answers. The results were processed by conventional statistical methods, expressed in words, tables and graphs. Results: The results showed youth coaches' opinions on issues in the field of specialized training of older pupils. The results clearly showed that in the monitored category is already complete specialization of player's functions. In some cases, player's functions are distributed even before the category, thus enabling younger pupils. Early specialization in youth female volleyball

Title: Early specialization in youth female volleyball Objectives: Describe whether the current way of volleyball training process is inclined to a long-term concept of early specialization. Methods: The distribution electronic questionnaire of the E-survey type managed to collect the necessary data from 75 coaches of youth girls volleyball teams from all regions of the Czech Republic. The questionnaire was mostly relevant to coaches in the U13 category and contained 22 questions. The answers to the questions were statistical methods of processing tables and graphs and possibilities compared with research and literature Results: We found that 39% of coaches consider specialized training to be the most suitable form of sports training in the U13 category. It turned out that none of the other forms, such as general motor skills training and minivolleyball, has such a representation. The project of minivolleyball in colors is perceived positively by 82% of respondents, on the other hand in this category only less than 20% place it in more than half of the training units. Title: Health Problems of Swimmers participated Specialized Training Objectives: The goal of this thesis is to find out information about health problems occuring by swimmers participated in specialized swimming training and about the course of their swimming career. The next interest of our research is the common duration of swimming career, the causes of its end and whether the main cause are health problems. Another aim of this work is to find out whether health problems of swimmers are connected with their specialization to swimming strokes, which type of disease was the most frequent among swimmers, and the most frequent causes of their health problems. Methods: In the research the method of non-standardized questionnaire was used. The responders were swimmers, which participated in specialized training during their swimming career and their swimming career already ended. The results of questionnaire are elaborated by graphs and tables with legends. Results: We have found out that swimming career was rather short-term. The swimmers have finished it often between 17th and 18th year due to health problems, studies and loss of motivation.
