Roof Construction implementation of Planetarium in Prostějov

The subject of the bachelor this is the realization of the roofing stage of the new planetarium in Prostějov. In this work, technological processes related to the implementation of the truss, covering works, carpentry, plumbing, welding and finishing works in the form of roof insulation and installation of the supporting structure are solved. The design of the truss is specific to the different slopes of the roof plane, including the connection of the flat roof to the cupola. The content of this work is the Technical Report, transportation of materials and transport relations next to the construction site, technological regulations for the implementation of work, Technical Report of the construction site equipment, design of the machine assembly, inspection and test plans, work safety solutions, timetable, itemized budget, and thermal technical assessment of the structure, scheme of the construction site equipment.

Center of leisure activities

This diploma thesis presents a project documentation for construction of a center of leisure activities. It's construction site located on the outskirts of town Třebíč, "Na Kopcích" street. The building is composed from the two visual and three service parts which are connected to each other. On the left side in first floor there is a bowling with services and the second floor will serve for sport activities of jumping, spinning or relax massages. On the right side of building will be usable for education or for leisure activities. The building is designed as a two floors with partial basement. The construction system is formed by longitudinal wall system with precast hollow core slab or reinforced concrete slab. The structure is based on strip foundations with walls of permanent formwork. External wall is based on clay brick of therm type. The staircase is designed as prefabricated element or cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The roof is constructed as warm flat green roof with expanded polystyrene with screed to fall.

Implementation of Roofing of Hotel in Třebíč

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is the emplementation of roofing of hotel in the city of Třebíč. Technological projects for realization warm flat roof and for roof terrace were made. The inspections and the test plans deal with the quality of these processes. A budget and a time schedule have been drawn up as well, there is also a plan for a set of necessary machines. In addition, the thesis includes a project of site equipment and review of broader transport relation. For the most accurate data’s was made the laying plan.

The bachelor thesis deals with realization of a roofing construction of a apartment block in Nové Sady. This thesis deals with the version of a warm flat roof. For the given version is handled the consideration of transportation itinerary, itemized budget with bill of quantities, technological prescription, technological documentation of building site equipment, time schedule, machine assembly, control and test plan, safety and health precautions, the cost comparison of flat roof area, drawing of flat roof.
