Possibilities of inclusive education within the 1st stage of primary school

The thesis entitled "Possibilities of Inclusive Education in Primary School" discusses inclusive education with a closer look at its application in primary school. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on defining the concept of inclusion and terms related to it, introduces the background and principles of inclusive education and describes international conventions and national regulations that are central to the application of inclusion in the Czech environment. The thesis shows the principles of implementation of inclusive education in the Czech Republic and offers possibilities of evaluating the pro-inclusiveness of education. The second chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the education of pupils with special educational needs in primary school, presents the system of education of these pupils and focuses on the actors in inclusive education - pupils, teachers and teaching assistants. The chapter also focuses on the guidance system in the school system and the support measures provided to pupils with special educational needs. The last chapter of the theoretical part characterises the private school system. Valuation of the company Bankovní akademie - Gymnázium a Střední odborná škola, a.s.

The aim of the master thesis named Valuation of the company Bankovní akademie - Gymnázium a Střední odborná škola, a.s. is to estimate market value of the company as at the date of August 31, 2015. The common valuation methods are used in the process of determination of the value. At first, the company is being shortly introduced, which is followed by a strategic and a financial analysis in order to examine the companys financial soundness and assess the perspective of the companys future. The conclusions of the analysis are used for value drivers prognosis and financial plan elaboration, which is followed by valuation of the company. Taking into account the good prospects of the company I choose the DCF equity method to determine its value. The comparable transactions method is used as a supplemental valuation method.

Modely financování školství a jejich vliv na výsledky studentů

This thesis focuses on the influence of private enrolment in OECD countries on education performance exhibited by students. In my work I analyse panel data portraying annual status of economy and education system in 34 OECD countries from 2000 till 2014. In the first part, I present the historical evolution of the approach to education in terms of public and private goods, in the second part, I provide an overview of related literature that provides a cornerstone for my practical part. In my practical part, I investigate the influence of economic background of OECD countries, educational system and rate of private enrolment on students´ performance. The conclusion of my models did not confirm my hypothesis of beneficial influence of private enrolment on performance. Private enrolment is insignificant in majority of models. Reasoning for this phenomenon may be different approach of students to private education. In some countries, private institutions are perceived as complement and in some as a substitute to good cognitive abilities.

Práce popisuje a srovnává soukromé školy se státními, hledá konkurenční výhody pro oblast v tomto podnikání.Práce hodnotí management a organizaci školy,popisuje její okolí,zabývá se obory studia a formami,vzdělávacím procesem, ale i finančním plánem a hospodařením školy.
