Using of Data Mining Method for Analysis of Social Networks

Thesis discusses data mining the social media. It gives an introduction about the topic of data mining and possible mining methods. Thesis also explores social media and social networks, what are they able to offer and what problems do they bring. Three different APIs of three social networking sites are examined with their opportunities they provide for data mining. Techniques of text mining and document classification are explored. An implementation of a web application that mines data from social site Twitter using the algorithm SVM is being described. Implemented application is classifying tweets based on their text where classes represent tweets' continents of origin. Several experiments executed both in RapidMiner software and in implemented web application are then proposed and their results examined.

The area of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is an important factor, in which many see a promise of improvement of the economic situation. It is a well-founded request, and as shown in many advanced economies, this segment is an important part of economy. My thesis involves one of these situations, where a starting entrepreneur, with low capital investments, is looking for ways how to achieve his market goals and how to support business processes with the help of information technology (IT). The IT supported business model here, will be a model, where the main distribution channels are realized with help of IT technologies. With this distribution channel relates the use of social network services as a marketing tool enabling a development of a company and an effective but not capital-intensive tool designed to realize the business targets.

The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of a marketing plan for dog’s shampoos launch. The shampoos will be launched on the Slovak market by Palma a.s. company. The design of marketing activities is based on both theoretical background and relevant analysis. The marketing plan is focused primarily on the printed form of advertising and also on advertising on the internet.
Aggregation and Analysis of Social Network Contents

Tato práce se zabývá ziskem zvolené části obsahu sociálních sítí a jeho následnou analýzou. Cílem práce je platforma propojující jednotlivé sociální sítě, která dokáže agregovat obsah těchto sítí podle definovaných témat a zároveň je otevřená dalším rozšířením. Tento cíl byl vyřešen pomocí kontejnerové aplikace, štítkové klasifikace a metody podpůrných vektorů. Implementovaný systém řeší algoritmem nezobrazovaný obsah, filtrování a menší statistiky. Klíčové části systému jsou pokryté testy a systém je otevřený dalším analýzám a pokročilým statistikám.

Cílem této práce je prostudovat problematiku závislosti na internetu. Samotná práce je rozdělena do 3 částí: úvod, hlavní článek a závěr. Úvod vysvětluje globální posuny v komunikační technologii a jejich negativní a pozitivní účinky. V hlavní části se zabývám některými typy závislosti na internetu a způsoby, jak s nimi zacházet. Závěrem jsem shrnul tezi o příčinných a souvislostních vztazích závislých na internetu.

The main objective however is to design a stylish compact digital camera with regard to the requirements of modern life, such as the expansion of internet social networks and the associated use of the camera as a visual scrapbook. Diploma thesis deals with utilization of social media in marketing communication of selected company. The goal of the thesis is to analyse current state of the situation in this company and consequent proposal of the new plan of marketing communication in field of social media. The teoretical part of the thesis is summarising the theory of the marketing and communication mix and also marketing communication in B2B environment. Analytical part of the thesis is dealing with analysis of the communication mix of selected company with particular effort to discuss of the content which is shared by this company and its main competitors in various social platforms The final part of the thesis is containing proposal of the new marketing communication strategy of the selected company based on the analysis of the current state. The potential benefits of the proposed strategy are discussed together with the analysis of its cost.
Online Marketing Communication Risks

The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify, analyse and then evaluate all possible risks related to Forky's online marketing communications. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with basic concepts of marketing, explaining the concept of risk, lighting marketing issues. The analytical part deals with the assembly of the Company's internal and external environment. Based on the resulting analyses, all possible risks that may arise in this environment will be investigated. In the last part, individual solutions are presented, including their effectiveness, financial overview along with the exactness of these solutions and the benefits of the proposed solutions. In the complete conclusion of the work, all possible risks along with the solution are described, as well as the way in which they can be prevented.
Analysis of Risk Behaviour of Social Network Facebook Users

Theme of bachelor thesis is analysis of risk behaviour of Facebook users. Analysis is performed on the basis of self-created question-form. First part of thesis is dedicated to theoretical resources of statistics, social networks, sociological research and principles of safe use of Internet. Second part contains practical realization of sociological research and creating of question-form, processing of collected facts, interpretation of conclusions and recommendations for users of social network Facebook.
