Model ranges analysis of threshing machine

The scope of this bachelor work is to give the basic information and explain the functionality of particular harvester thresher mechanism and confront their synthesis and product mix from different producers. The agricultural engineering sale is large and that is why the first step of the usage will be the company literature and then professional magazines will be given. This work is mainly made through the use of visual documentation, which afford explanation of existing mechanics principle, their particular structural design and summary of producers. Then there will be mentioned their percent sales representation and the confrontation according to the efficiency classes. The attention will be first of all paid to the best in this field, for example to the companies, which are engaged in picking engineering production for cereals, as are for example companies Claas, Fendt. Case IH or New Holland.
Crop flow improvements at the Power Flow header

The master's thesis is focused on a design of optimal working speed of auger and belt transporter which are parts of Power Flow header for standard type of combine harvester. In the master's thesis author suggest a new simplified theory of crop flow inside the Power Flow header. The thesis contain the factors which can affect the crop flow and comparison between the Power Flow and competitor's header. The thesis also contain geometrical characteristics of crop for four types of cereal.

This bachelor thesis is about evaluation of maximum throughput of straw and grain together, in various types of threshing units which are used in combine harvesters. It provides basic informations about two types of combine field-test procedures. In the end of work is shortly describe current development of combine harvesters and contain two proposals of alternative constructions of threshing units according to author of this bachelor thesis.

The thesis describes the history and the history of threshing grain combine harvesters. The paper describes the types of threshing unit. They are given energy indicators, the main technical data threshing system and their calculation. The paper gives an overview of the performance categories, sales, capital costs, operating costs and on the percentage of combine harvesters on the market today. The following describes the structure threshing device manufacturers marks Case, Claas, John Deere and New Holland, and there is shown a graphical comparison of their technical parameters. The work describes the mass flow threshing mechanism. Theoretical calculation is expressed by the dependence of flow quantity on the length of the threshing drum and then compared with the actual measured values.

This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the transfer of vertical load from wheel and belt combine harvesters to the soil. The load that the work deals with is for separate combine harvesters without an attached adapter. The aim of the work, was to create a database of vertical loads under the wheel or crawler chassis of combine harvesters, including the determination of the parameters of self-propelled combine harvesters. The calculated, measured and determined data were then included in graphs and tables with graphical representation of the load. The resulting data from the tables can also be used for computer simulations of soil loading under combine harvesters with wheeled or crawler chassis.

The diploma thesis is focused on harvesting threshers in terms of noise, dust and temperature in the cab. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there are basic data and concepts of harvesters, acoustic materials and health protection at work in agriculture. In the practical part itself was performed measurement of noise, dust, temperature and humidity in the cabin cabin cabinet. Measurements took place on land of agricultural cooperatives and private owners. Based on the measured values, an overview of the parameters of individual machines was created.
