Multifunctional building

This master’s thesis focuses on the preparation of project documentation for construction part of a multifunction building. This buildig has a five floors, the first one is a underground and four of them are above grand. The building is located in part of Prague – Dolní Chabry. Building has a rectangle shape which isin the midle shifted and makes two similar section. Each sectin has own main entry, stairs and lifts. Orientation the longer facades of the multipurpose house are facing to south and north in the longer asis. Garage for resident is located in the lowest floor. In the first floor above ground is commercial part of the house, six commercial spaces. In the rest of the floors are located 26 apartments. Vertical structure are made of the Porother systém and Best systém, celings are meda from prefaricated reinforced concrete panels. Structure of the roof is solid by single skin flat roof.
Detached house with real estate agency

The project deals with a new building of a house with a real estate agency in Sokolnice. The building is designed as a detached house. The site is situated in a gently sloping area. The three-storey house has a T-shaped ground plan and a partial basement. The first floor is functionally divided into a living part and business premises. The project includes a garage and two parking spaces for the customer of the real estate agency. The building is provided with a single skin and vegetative flat roof and masonry from the ceramic bricks Porotherm. Shuttering blocks CSB are used in the basement.
Flat house SNP

The goal of the bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a newbuilt flat house in Turčianske Teplice. Flat house is designed as four-storey, non-basement building, which houses a total of 15 residential units. The building has a wall construction system made of THERM type ceramic blocks. The ceiling structures are made of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The individual floors are connected by a two-arm staircase and a barrier-free elevator. The roofing of the building is designed as a single-skin flat roof. Insulation of the building is provided by an external thermal insulation composite system made of mineral wool.
City Hostel

The project deals with a new building for temporary accommodation with a cafe. The building is designed as a detached house, the estate is situated in the southern part of the town of Břeclav and is almost flat. The hostel has an L shaped house plan with a stiffening reinforced concrete tube passing through all three floors. A glazed facade is intended to be placed on the part of the tube that is found before perimeter walls, which creates a dominant feature of the entire building. The roofing of the building is ensured by a single skin flat and glass sloping roof, which completes the whole building architecturally.
Apartment building

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation for an apartment building in city of Hodonín. It is an alone standing rectangular four floor building with one underground floor. In the basement are located garages with eight parking places and one technical room. On the first floor there is a part of technical facilities: room for bicycles, drying room and two apartments. There are a total of ten apartments on the upper floors. The second and third floors are almost identical. On the fourth floor there are two apartments with a terrace. The roof on the fourth floor is designed as a single skin flat roof. The basic structure and basement walls are designed from waterproof concrete. The vertical walls on the upper floors are designed from ceramic masonry. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system. The entrance to the building is from the south side of the plot. There is a walking area on the plot, as well as an access road to the garages and three other parking places before entering of object.
Veterinary

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a free-standing veterinary clinic building in Nová Paka, in the form of project documentation for the construction. The building of the veterinary clinic consists of 3 rectangles forming a Z-shape, where the entrance to the building of the veterinary clinic, its operational and administrative part is located in the eastern part. In the western rectangle there is a separate and operationally separate entrance to the apartment unit, which is located on the second floor. The entrance to the veterinary clinic building and the housing unit is barrier-free. The building will be located in a slightly sloping terrain (3.49%). The main facade of the building with the entrance to the building is oriented to the southwest. The separate entrance to the apartment unit is from the northeast side. The perimeter masonry consists of the Porotherm system with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system in a thickness of 300 mm and 200 mm ETICS masonry. The internal load-bearing masonry also consists of a Porotoherm masonry system in a thickness of 250 mm. Internal non-load-bearing masonry consisting of the Porotherm system in thicknesses of 115 and 140 mm. The ceiling structure consists of a reinforced concrete slab th. 200 mm. Above the veterinary clinic, the roof area forming the terrace of the housing unit is considered, divided into two parts 1) with a vegetation layer and 2) with a tread layer of concrete paving on the targets. The main waterproofing layer of the flat roof consists of strips of SBS modified asphalt. Above the 2nd floor, a sloping hip roof made of glued wooden trusses is considered, and a sheet metal roofing is considered as the roof covering of the truss roof. The windows are designed with insulating triple glazing. The attic on the flat roof is equipped with an aluminum railing with a vertical bar infill. The building is heated by a gas condensing boiler, the building is also designed forced ventilation

The subject of this bachelor thesis is project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Domašov u Brna. It is a partially basement building with three floors. In the basement there is a common recreation area, technical rooms and cellars of individual housing units. On the first floor there are two apartments with a size of 3 + 1 and one apartment with a size of 2 + 1. These apartments are complemented by an outdoor terrace with a front garden. In the rest of this floor there is a cleaning room, a common room and a bicycle shed. The second floor is similar to the first, but instead of common areas there is one more 2 + 1 apartment. The apartments on the second floor are complemented by balconies. On the third floor there are two apartments 4 + kk and they are complemented by terraces situated to the west. It is a brick building made of THERM ceramic blocks. The construction system is mixed and based on foundations strips. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic ceiling slabs. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof structure. The building is also equipped with an elevator and wheelchair access. In front of the building there are twenty-four outdoor parking spaces, one of them is for people with reduced mobility. Access to the building is possible through paved areas. The whole building is insulated with the ETICS system. Facade colors are designed in shades of white and gray with anthracite fillings of openings.
Terraced houses Bystřice nad Pernštejnem

The bachelor's thesis deals with project documentation for the construction of seven family terraced houses in the newly developing residential part of the town of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem in the Vysočina region. Terraced houses are two-storey without a basement. The houses are based on concrete wall footings. The vertical structures are made of aerated concrete system blocks, the horizontal structures are made of prestressed SPIROLL ceiling panels. The roof is designed as a flat single skin with a PVC coating. The technical background of the house and common areas are located on the 1st floor. Utility room, garage, living room and dining room with kitchen. In the central part of the house, a staircase with slanting steps rises from the corridor to the 2nd floor. On the 2nd floor there is a master bedroom, two rooms, a study, a storage room and a bathroom. Family terraced houses are designed as buildings with almost zero energy consumption.
Fire station in Žamberk

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of the new building of the fire station in Žamberk. The building plot is located on the northwestern outskirts of the city of Žamberk in the street Čs. armády. The fire station building is free-standing and contains two above-ground floors and a tower for drying hoses. On the first above-ground floor, there is a garage for emergency vehicles and associated areas such as a wash box, a technical room with a backup source of electricity, a cloakroom with emergency clothing and washing facilities, fuel storage, a warehouse, a building maintenance workshop, a machine service workshop, sanitary facilities, hose drying and a corridor with a staircase to the second above-ground floor. On this floor, there is an administrative part, a dirty and clean changing room, hygiene facilities, rooms for day and night emergency, a slide to the ground floor, and a room for physical training of fire station workers. The building has a simple shape of two rectangles locked into each other with a distinctive square tower. The object is based on foundation footings and belts. The vertical support system of the above-ground floor is a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame with infill masonry made of ceramic blocks. Horizontal load-bearing ceiling structures are reinforced concrete prefabricated beams with pre-stressed ceiling cavity panels. The roof structure is designed as a single-skin flat roof weighed down by a layer of washed river aggregate.
