This bachelor´s thesis deals with design documentation of detached house, designed for permanent living for family of four member. The house is situated in the region Jihomoravský, town Brno – Ivanovice, in cadastral district Ivanovice. The building has two floors. The main vertical supporting construction material is a brick Heluz with Baumit insulation system. The horizontal supporting construction above first floor is from ceiling panels Heluz. The house has a shed roof with 12° inclination. House is without cellar. House has terrace and porch.

The task given for this bachelor thesis „Family house” is to compile a project documentation according to the structural part of the decree no. 499/2006. This house, disegned for a family of five (2 parents and 3 children) is located in the village Křenovice, an area of consistent family house development. Object consists of one underground and two aboveground strories of this disposition: - basement (1.PP) technical and storage rooms - ground floor (1.NP) main entrance with vestibule, hallway with the stair space, bathroom, study room, kitchen, living room with an acces to terrace, self-standing garage - first floor (2.NP) rooms for relaxation and bedrooms of both parents witch bathroom, children rooms, batrhroom, and cloakroom Load-bearing wall construction will consist from sand-lime blocks KMB Sendwix in composition with a ventilated space. Non-bearing constructions will be made sand-lime blocks KMB Sendwix. Ceiling structure is in construction of the ceramic systém. The roofing is done using shed roof with a slope 22° and green roof.

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is a design and project documentation of a two-floor chalet for rent capable to accommodate up to 10 people. The building is located in a town of a mountain area in the north of Czechia called Pec pod Sněžkou. From architectural point of view the building is intended to stand out by its luxurious appearance whilst using natural materials and finishes such as wood, stone and glass, thus respecting natural character of the surrounding. From structural point of view the building is designed as a wooden house – Avanta systeme, with a small basement (boiler room) and garage for 2 cars with concrete blocks walls, flat roof and sloped roof above a middle part of the building.

The project solves a new family house in Nové Město na Moravě. This thesis aims to develop project documentation for building construction. The new family house is designed for a family of four to six members. Garage is included in the house. There are 2 above-ground floors and a basement. The house is brick-built from THERM-type ceramic blocks with a shed roof and a saddle roof. The object is situated on a sloping terrain.

This bachelory thesis is a familly house with two floors, a garage for one space and with partially basement cellar suitable for a four piece family. The building is designed as timberframe construction of the system TWO by FOUR from the lumber KVH prisms. The object is covered by a shed roof, the garage also shed roof connected to the house. The layout of the ground floor is intended as the heart of the house, and a living room with kitchen and dining room, with access to the terrace located on the micropiled over the so-called crawl space and the fireplace in the mirror of the staircase. The resting zone is located in the second floor. The work includes documentation and drawing part prepared as documentation for the implementation of the construction.

Project documentation deals with a design of the new family house which is located 5 km southwest from the Zlin city centre in the urban part called Malenovice. Range of the area is given by a site with plot number 336/15. The site is suitable for building family house According to current zoning of the local area. The site is also currently, without the use, covered by partially grass and self-seeding trees smoothly sloping towards south. Bachelor thesis gives a design of a detached house with a garage and an outdoor wooden deck, that would be appropriate for the site having suburban residential character. The house is designed with mostly rectangular shape, oriented in a north - south. Designed family house has two floors with partial basement. brick system was used as a construction of the building The above-ground part is designed from system Sendvix . Partial basement is made of prefabricate concrete blocks. The main living part is designed as an intermediate landing type stairs. The building is covered by a shed roof with a slope of 10 degrees and also is covered by a flat roof with a slope of 1.7 °. The house has a terrace that is sheltered by a flat roof with a slope of 2.9 °.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on design and elaboration of documentation for construction of a detached house in Klokočov u Příbora. The house is to be situated on plot number 724/17, catastre unit: Klokočov u Příbora. The building is to be located in a slope of an undeveloped plot in possesion of the investor. A local road is located nearby the plot (class IV road). The proposition and the design of the building have respect for both commune plan and current buildings. The documentation is elaborated with regard to the contemporary Czech legislative and standards. The project designs the two floor building with a basement. Platform of the building has an irregular shape. The roofs are designed as shed roofs, structural system of the building is designed as wall-and-masonry structural system. The house is designed as one dwelling unit with six rooms and a kitchen. The dwelling unit is suitable for five residents. There is a workshop with a technical department and a gentleman’s club located in the basement.
