Visitors' Profiles in the Tourism Area of Písecko

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compile profiles of visitors of the tourist area Písek on the basis of quantitative research and to identify the needs and requirements of visitors. Another goal is to make market segmentation on the demand side and to select key and perspective target segments for sustainable tourism development in the destination. The primary sources of this bachelor thesis were the results of a survey, which took place in the summer season of 2018 in 4 places of the tourist area Písecko-Blatensko. The last practical part of this bachelor thesis is dedicated to the specific design of the solution, which works with a 4-day visit for the family-with-children segment in the Orlická přehrada reservoir.
Factors Affecting a Visitors´ Satisfaction in South Bohemia (The Region of České Budějovice)

The aim of the thesis is to identify factors influencing satisfaction of tourists coming to the Region of České Budějovice with services of tourism. Concretely, how the respondents perceive quality and quantity of primary and secondary tourism offer in the selected region in terms of demand and proposal of measures designed to increase tourist's satisfaction. The presented case study is based on an analysis of the questionnaire answers provided by the visitors in the selected municipalities in the Region. This questionnaire survey is processed, evaluated and also compared with the depth interviews with the specialist in tourism. In the other part of the thesis hypotheses are evaluated. A concept addressing transport infrastructure was designed based on the results of the questionnaire. Furthermore, a proposal to support business subjects in tourism was created. It can lead to a prolongation of the time that visitors spending in the Region of České Budějovice. This could aid tourism in the area and the general satisfaction of arriving visitors.
The offer analysis of chosen travel agency

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is an analysis of an offer of travel agency Alexandria. In the first part, the basic terms related to the activity of tour operators are explained. Tour operators are defined. The duties of travel agencies are stressed, especially the necessity of the insurance against insolvency and bankruptcy is pointed out. Further, the conditions for obtaining a concession are clarified. The first chapter is also dedicated to the general terms and conditions of tour operators. In the second part of the thesis the travel agency Alexandria is introduced and its offer is analyzed in detail. In this part of the thesis the services which are provided by Alexandria are described. The innovation of its offer is mentioned as well. The offer is assessed in the SWOT analysis in the final part. The study of strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities and threats is based on the previous chapter. In conclusion the offer of travel agency Alexandria is evaluated again and summarized.
