Utilization Possibilities of the Gallery and Museum Animations in the Program of the Permanent Exhibition of the Municipal Museum in Tyn nad Vltavou

The work examines possibilities of using gallery and museum animation in the permanent exhibition of Týn nad Vltavou's Town Museum. The theoretical part defines the basic terms like animation, experience, enjoyment, exhibit, collection item, museum item, museum, museum education, educational goals, contents of museum education, methods of museum education, organizational forms of museum education, planning, educational program preparation, gallery animation, methodical structure of gallery animation, typological breakdown of gallery himation The practical part contains three different programs, confirmed in practice, in which I presented live form of the exhibition to the children. The first program is based on museum animation and its theme is the history of rafting on the Vltava River in Týn nad Vltavou. The participants were creating small wooden raft models. The second program is based on gallery animation and its goal is the restoration of paintings. During this animation, the participants painted missing/damaged parts of the reproductions of the paintings from the museum's collections. The third program is in the form of a worksheet inspired by paper guide of the railway museum Spoorwegmuseum in Utrecht, Netherlands and guides visitors throughout the exhibition.
Taking Inventory The School Collection At Elementary School Emy Destinové

The main goal of this thesis was to organise the geological collection of rock material, which the elementary school Emy Destinové got as a gift, and to create a working sheets which could be used during the work with this collection. The first part of the thesis deals with the topic of collections at schools - the history of geological collections at schools, the definitions of basic terms, how to create a collection and how to care for the collection's items. Then is described the process of creating the collection at the elementary school Emy Destinové. The third part of the thesis deals with defining the education of geology regarding the RVP ZV and with the analysis of textbooks, in order to accordingly create good working sheet. The last part of the thesis focuses on an analysis of the testing of chosen working sheets. The result of this thesis is not only the text of the bachelor thesis itself, it is especially the collection, which will be used in the lessons at the elementary school Emy Destinové for many years.
Supporting children's interest in the history of their region in educational programs of The Hussite Museum of Tábor

This bachelor thesis examines the role of museum education in developing positive relationship of children and youth towards history of the region, in which they live and the history in general. Selected activities of the Hussite Museum of Tábor are described while considering their respective impact on children's interest in history of their region and on cultivating their understanding of cultural heritage. The introduction defines the term "cultural heritage" and considers the educational potential of museums and galleries. The following part assesses current state of museum education in the Hussite Museum. The third part describes individual programs of the Hussite museum, focusing on those educational goals, methods and contents which support the participants of these programs in developing their interest in the history of the region.
Moving and Logistics Technologies as an Opportunity for a Management of Museum Collections

This thesis deals with identification and analysis of weak points of current management of National museum's collections and aimes to apply selected logistic technologies and to propose efficient logistic network operating in actual situation of Central depository Terezín II. The issue is handled in connection with moving of the museum collection, which represents not only unique project in the history of modern museum praxis but also an appropriate opportunity for reengineering and improving of existing procedures connected with legal mission of the most important and largest museum institution in the Czech Republic.
Museum of shoes and stones in Skutec and Development

Bachelor thesis is devoted to description of museum activities and determination of their present value for the public. The goals of this work include the definition of basic concepts, characterization of museums in the Czech Republic and Western Europe. Part of this theoretical part describes the present state of museums in the Czech Republic and their attendance. In the case study I focus on the successful renovation of theMuseum of shoes and stones in Skutec which managed to build a unique tourism attraction and helped to create a new exhibitions devoted shoemaking-trade and stonework characteristic for this area. Attendance has increased at the museum of Skutec and the museum was awarded a special prize in the competition Gloria Musaealis 2009.
