Multipurpose facility Olomouc

This thesis is focused on designing a new multipurpose building with parts used for apartments, administration offices and a bar. The land, which the building is situated on, is located in the city of Olomouc. The structure consist of five above-ground floors and one underground floor, where a garage is designed. The vertical supporting construction are made of reinforced cast-in-place concrete columns, the horizontal of reinforced concrete cast-in-place boards, other vertical walls are made of sand-lime and aerated concrete blocks. The roof is warm flat.
Hotel

The diploma thesis processes project documentation for the construction of a hotel building with a restaurant facility, which is situated on the outskirts of the western undeveloped part of the regional town Jihlava. The building has three floors and is covered by flat roofs. The hotel meets the conditions of a four-star (****) economic standard. It is designed with 24 accommodation units with a capacity of total 52 persons (4 persons with reduced mobility on the 3rd floor) and restaurant service for 92 guests, social facilities and kitchens. The apartments and guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. On the ground floor there is a representative space of the hotel composed of the entrance hall with reception , space for hotel management, space for technical facilities of the building and restaurant with its own kitchen. The building meets the requirements for zero-energy buildings with a combination of a high-quality construction solution with thermal insulation of building and other technological solutions such as photovoltaic power plants or deep boreholes for stepping pump heating The overall character of the building is emphasized by its architectural design in the light of modern lining of the ventilated facade using cement-fiber boards, whose two-color articulation emphasizes both simplicity and shape function of the building. This solution is combined with large glazed areas that give the building a feeling of spaciousness and evocative cleanliness.
Congress hotel - Brno,Veveří

The diploma thesis processes project documentation for the construction of a hotel building with a lobby bar, which is located in the central part of the regional city of Brno. The building has four floors and is covered by flat roofs. The hotel meets the conditions of a four-star (****) economic standard. It is designed with 17 accommodation units with a capacity of total 40 persons and a lobby bar for 60 guests and social facilities. In addition to the accommodation content, the hotel will have a conference hall for training, corporate events, etc. Due to the lack of parking spaces in the city of brno, the hotel will also have underground garages primarily designed for parking cars of hotel visitors. The apartments and guest rooms are located on the 2nd., 3rd. a 4th. NP floor. On the ground floor there is a representative space of the hotel composed of the entrance hall with reception, space for hotel management, a lobby bar with social facilities and a gym, which will also be open to the public. In the basement there are underground garages and technical facilities of the hotel. On the 4th floor there is, among other things, a small wellness area with massages, saunas, a bar and an outdoor terrace. The hotel building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton with a reinforcing core, with 4 floors and basement. The design of the hotel will be designed in the spirit of modern materials, simple members and shapes. A vegetation roof is designed to alleviate the overheating of the building in the summer and to meet the requirements of the city for the largest possible greening of buildings and their surroundings.
Apartment Building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The solved object is located on the northwestern edge of the city. It is a three-storey non-basement building. On the second and third floors there are seven residential units, sizes 1 + KK and 2 + KK. On the first floor there are four garage spaces with cellars. It includes three separate cellars, utility room, carriage house and cleaning room. It is a brick building made of sand-lime bricks. The construction system is mixed and based on foundation strips. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic ceiling slabs. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof structure. The building is also equipped with an elevator and wheelchair access. In front of the building there are four outdoor parking spaces, one of which is for people with reduced mobility. Access to the building is possible through paved areas. The whole building is insulated with the ETICS system. Facade colors are designed in shades of white and gray with anthracite fillings of openings.

Main aim of this master’s thesis is to create a project documentation to conduct construction work on the new building of the kindergarten, which is located in Moravany near Brno. Intention of this work is to create functional dispositional solution for day-to-day operation. Kindergarten is designed for educating and raising up to 40 children. Space for hobby classes is part of the object. This object has two above-ground floors and has no cellar. The load bearing masonry is designed from sand-lime blocks and the whole object will have contact thermal insulation system. The roof is designed as warm flat roof. The floor structures form from prestressed ceiling panels. The staircase is designed as half-turn stair from reinforced concrete. This object is based on the foundation strips.
Apartment building in Lipník nad Bečvou

The goal of bachelor thesis was to prepare project documentation for realization of new apartment house in Lipník nad Bečvou. The detached building has 4 floors without basement. The object is located on flat terrain. In the first floor is common entrance into building, also as technical building equipment room and 4 garages. There is a staircase and an elevator located in the core of the building. On the others floors of the building are 9 apartments about various size and layout. On the second floor is located barrier free apartment. On the 4th floor is spacious roof terrace. The construction system of the building is longitudinal, built by sand lime blocks Silka. The object is equipped by contact thermal insulation system ETICS. The horizontal structure is designed as a filigree ceiling. Single-skin flat roof is covered by surface layer of PVC foil. Colors of facade are in shades of white and brown. The bachelor's thesis includes studies, drawings, technical reports of documentation for the construction and fire safety solutions for the assessment of building physics.The aim was to accomplish functional apartment house which will be designed according to applicable standards and requirements.
Civic amenities building

The aim of the diploma thesis is the design of the building of civic amenities in Hodonín. In particular, the leisure centre. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part of the thesis comprises architectural and structural designs, building physics assessment and energy certificate of the building. The leisure centre is a two-storey building with a flat green roof. It features various teaching rooms, including a language classroom, drama class, dance studios, technical facilities, and staff rooms. The superstructure consists of sand-lime block walls and pre-stressed concrete panel floor and roof structure. The envelope wall is insulated with ETICS. The second part focuses on the design of selected building services: space and domestic hot water heating, cooling, ventilation, and rainwater management. The heat is supplied by local district heating. Mechanical ventilation with two air handling units and a fan-coil cooling system is designed to ensure optimal indoor air quality. The third part is dedicated to the spatial acoustics in the different rooms part of a building, with an emphasis on improving the acoustic comfort for different activities and teaching rooms.

The subject of the thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction design of the mixed-use building in the city of Brno, a borough of Cerna Pole. The vertical load-bearing structures of the above ground floors are made of sand-lime blocks. The vertical load-bearing structures of the underground floor are made of cast-in-place concrete. The last floor has warm flat green roof. The main purpose of this building is for administration, trade and services, which make up to 60% of floor area. The rest of floor area is used for housing. On the north side is the underground parking garage. The residential part is oriented to the South, the offices are oriented to the North.
Guesthouse "U ODry"

The subject of this diploma thesis is the project documentation of the new building - pension U Odry in Přerov-Kozlovice. Accommodation capacity is 36 people. In the pension there is also restaurant. The building is designed as a three-storey. On the first floor there are rooms for guests entering the accommodation facility, facilities for accommodation, technical facilities of the building and the restaurant, including premises for its operation. There are guest rooms on the second and third floors. The bases are made up of strip foundations. The external loadbearing mansards and partitions are made of YTONG lightweight concrete blocks. The internal loadbearing masonry is made of SILKA lime-sand blocks. The ceiling structure is designed from SPIROLL prestressed concrete floor slab. The roofing of the building is solved using flat vegetation roofs.
Multipurpose facility Teplice nad Bečvou

The subject of the bachelor´s thesis is the design of an apartment building in Teplice nad Bečvou, a village located near Hranice na Moravě (district Přerov). It is a four-storey building, equipped with a transversal structural system, located perpendicular to the slope of the plot. The building is designed with a total of 22 residential units, all of them are connected to the loggia by French windows, which provide an above-standard view of the spa area of Teplice nad Bečvou. Another part of the building is a covered garage. The load-bearing masonry will be made of sand-lime bricks, on which monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings will be laid. The building will be insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. Facade colours will be chosen in shades of white, brown and gray. The building has an elevator and a reinforced concrete staircase.
