The main purpose of my thesis is to design detached family house and make the project documentation for implementation of its construction. This house should be able to accommodate family composed by 4-5 members. It is situated on the outskirts of the Karolinka town, district Vsetín. The house has two above ground floors and one underground floor. The second above ground floor is referred to as an attic room. It also has a basement all over its scale. The construction system of the house is a transverse, building itself is masonry and its roof is gabled made from wooden roof trusses. The family house includes a detached garage designed for two cars of 1a group.

The building with hipped roof is based on brick systém Porotherm. The building is situated on sloping terrain.

This bachelor thesis is about a two-storey detached house with no basement and the living roof which is covered with vegetation. The house includes two wooden terraces. The entrance terrace is located in front of the main entrance of the house and the second terrace for relaxing has access from the living room with the kitchen unit. This terrace is also the entrance to the garden. The main building material of this house is Ecocon wall paneling which is combination of wooden frame and straw filling. The garage is self-standing and one-storey object with no basement.It's also roofed with the living roof.

This thesis is processing design of new building of detached house situated at Zlín - Kudlov. It is single-storey building with one residental unit for 4 persons. The building is designed of individual sandwich system and it's roof design is that of flat with growing layer. Project documentation is elaborated in accordance with currently valid laws, regulations and standards.

The object of this bachelor thesis is a design and a development of project documentation for a family house with dental surgery in Prievidza. The construction consists of three detached buildings. All building are constructed from sand-lime blocks, there are no basements and they have simple flat roofs. The family house is designed as a two-storey, for permanent housing of four to five-member families. The dental surgery and a detached garage are ground level buildings. The areal of the buildings is located at the periphery of the town and is situated in a slightly sloping terrain.
