iOS Client Interface for Production Scheduling System
Tomala, Tomáš ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create mobile application for iOS operating system, which will serve as an interface to access PlannerLoop service. The PlannerLoop production scheduling system targets mainly smaller manufacturing companies that cannot afford to invest large sums in automated production scheduling tools. The client application of this service ensures the acquisition of the necessary user data, which it processes and sends to the computing server provided by the service. The user entered operations are scheduled by the service and placed by the client application on a timeline in the schedule, where it is possible to manipulate the operations.
The Creation of Production Scheduling to Implement Customer Requirements
Hajnová, Zuzana ; Ing.Dagmar Sadlmajerová (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with design and implementation of the system of scheduling and monitoring the production of samples in selected company. The design is based primarily on visualization elements that allow for sophisticated scheduling and production management with the inclusion of variable customer requirements with minimal use of information support. In particular, the observation method is used for a deeper understanding of the process and the subsequent creation and implementation of adequate solutions.
Shop Floor Scheduling in Discrete Parts Manufacturing
Vágner, Ladislav ; Boček, Aleš (referee) ; Simeonov, Simeon (advisor)
Master´s thesis analyses the current state of the production scheduling in a manufacturing company in the automotive industry. It describes the setup system management of the module Advanced Production Planning by Helios Orange program, which company uses. This thesis introduces a new process of order and describes procedures for control of this module. Two essential steps of this new process were tested – creation of production orders and scheduling of production batches. In the end of the master´s thesis there are estimated financial savings after the implementation of the new process production scheduling.
Logistic system animation for production facilities
Mařata, Michal ; Hromková, Ivana (referee) ; Simeonov, Simeon (advisor)
The topic of this thesis is Logistic Systém Animation for Production Facilities. Animation planning of production gets posibility of more atractive, faster understanding of timing production line. The result of the thesis is classic program for Windows, written in C#. For better functionality of 3D visualization is addedd HelixToolkit library. The other result is web application written with JavaScript library Three.js. In Web Application is enabled to load 3D model of own factory (*.ifc file), loading other 3D models, changing their position and saving changes to the database (MS Excel, MS Access). During the animation is enabled to make changes (as speed, skipping steps).
The use of optimization in production planning
Pokorný, Pavel ; Rais, Karel (referee) ; Dostál, Petr (advisor)
The Master’s thesis deals with production scheduling in an industrial company. It uses the means of artificial intelligence to develop an appropriate production schedule in a generalized Flow-shop Programming problem. This problem can be solved by application which is a result of this thesis and was prepaired with use of the software Matlab 7.1 and its Genetic Algorithm and Direct Search toolbox. There is a part devoted to the use of advanced production systems (APS) and the concept of the operative production planning in praxis as well. The thesis pays attention to various optimization models in production scheduling and supply chain management too.
Optimization of Process Planning and Production Scheduling
Žákovská, Martina ; Flašková, Zuzana (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on process of production planning and scheduling in company Meopta – optics, Ltd., in connection with the possibility of its optimization. The basis of the thesis is analysis of the current status of planning and production management, evaluation of theoretical approaches dealing with issues of production planning and solution proposal optimizing the existing processes. The diploma thesis was elaborated with the support of Head of operative planning in Meopta - Optics Ltd.
Interactive Navigation through an User Database in Sqlite3
Vrtal, Petr ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create a web application enhancing developer productivity, capable of interactive and intuitive browsing of a SQLite file database with a specified schema, representing user data. The enhancement is achieved specificaly by using a series of common views of this database and mechanisms for transition between these views. The web application is build using the Laravel PHP framework. User interface functionality is build mainly using Livewire framework by creating its interconnected components. An important part of the work was to determine by seeries of tests the level of resistence of the application against invalid user input as well as the speed analysis of the user's work with the application. The resulting web application allows a very specific group of users a clear orientation in the data of a specific production task, which is uploaded to the server by the users themselfs and the application offers them the option to view this data.
