Bachelor thesis deals with proposition a solid Entrepreneurial plan concerning the development of ABC s.r.o. company which has been operating on the market as a business company specialising in the distribution of medical aids for diabetic patients. On the basis of the inner and outer company environment assessment, implemented analysis and necessary calculation there has been projected such an entrepreneurial plan which leads to the expansion of the company portfolio, profit increase and market share, and that all with the risk minimization. The future vision is the development of its own product under its own brand.

Cirkulární ekonomika podniku ve vztahu k jeho finanční situaci

Natural resources are limited, and their consumption is increasing as the Earth's population grows. Today's economic system is linear, operating on the principle of 'take-make-dispose'. The transition to a circular economy, characterized by the 'take – make – recycle' principle, uses resources efficiently and reduces waste and pollution. However, implementing the circular economy requires significant initial investments. Therefore, if a company is planning to introduce elements of the circular economy into the business, it can be very beneficial to break down the company's financial situation. Financial analysis is an important tool to reach this aim. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is devoted to the circular economy, its differences from the linear economy and the MCI indicator, which can be used to measure the level of circularity of waste at a product or the whole company. In the practical part, the linear flow index of the most produced product in the firm is calculated based on the procedure described in the theoretical part. The second part of the thesis is devoted to financial analysis and its detailed theoretical description based on academic literature. In the practical part the financial analysis of BASEKO, spol. s.r.o. is calculated based on data retrieved from the financial statements in the period 2016-2020. From the financial analysis it was found that BASEKO is a financially stable enterprise on the market, which is not threatened by financial problems in the near future. The circular economy of the enterprise cannot be calculated due to the large variability of products. The index of linear flow of the product is 37%, which the author considers a very positive result. Finally, some recommendations are set out that could contribute to the prosperity of the company both financially and in terms of promoting the circular economy in the company.

Closing of accounting and financial statement

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of financial statement and closing of accounting in selected company. This thesis characterizes the selected company and introduces the reader to the procedures of individual activities in the process of closing of accounting and to the procedures of processing documents for financial statements that take place there and is interested in the processing of financial statement. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the work procedures related to the closing of accounting and the processing of the financial statement. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the issue of compiling documents related to financial statements, especially balance sheet, profit and loss statement and annex according to Czech accounting regulations. Data for the practical part of the work were obtained directly in the selected company in the form of personal interviews.

Creation of Financial Statements in Accounting Programs

The objective of this bachelor thesis is the creation of financial statements in different accounting programs. In the theoretical part of bachelor thesis three important statements - the balance sheet, the income statement and the cash flow statement were desribed. Then there were written the important items of financial statements The practical part is devoted to creation of financial statements in accounting programs such as Ekonom, Money S3 and Pohoda. The thesis was focused on the creation of Hotel Artaban company financial statements. After compilation in all three accounting software, the individual accounting programs were compared and it was determined which of them is best applicable to the company.

The thesis uses the methods of financial analysis. The significance of the thesis lies in the identification of key areas that affect the financial situation of the company and proposing specific measures to improve this situation. The results obtained can be used by the company to strengthen its financial stability and increase its competitiveness.

The bachelor work is a aiming on problematic of pandemic COVID-19 and its impact on economical situation of a chosen organization in the years 2018-2022.The theoretical part of this work contains important knowledge regarding coronavirus pandemic and the financial analysis indicators are analysed in details here. The financial analysis are then used in the practical part for calculation. In the practical part there is the in-depth description of the chosen subject and the financial analysis will be used to determine the financial and economical situation of the company. The third part describes the precautions, based on results of the financial analyses and contains suggetion for improvement of the company.

The Bachelor’s thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company AHORN CZ, s.r.o. in the years 2014–2018. The theoretical part explains the terms associated with financial analysis, describes the used indicators and formulas. The defined formulas are practically used in the second part of the thesis, which deals with the analysis of the actual state of the company. In the last part of the thesis, measures are proposed that lead to the improvement of the financial situation of the analysed company.

Title: The impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the economy of selected clubs in Czech hockey league. Objectives: The main objective of this paper is to evaluate the impact of COVID-19 on the economy of clubs HC Sparta Prague and Mountfield Hradec Králové. Methods: The main methods that were used in this paper were analysis and usage of instruments of financial analysis to assess the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the economy of said clubs. Another method used in this paper was an interview with representatives of mentioned clubs. Results: From conducted research shows that the pandemic had a direct impact on clubs economics. The biggest impact that the pandemic had was on revenues of the club, mostly tickets sales were affected, because spectators could not attend matches. The biggest decrease of revenues was from ticket sales, year-on-year decrease od revenues was in club HC Sparta Praha 79,03 %, which is equal to 26,15 milions CZK, in team Mountfield HK this decrease was 66,26 %, which is equal to 12,35 milions CZK. Other area of revenues that was affected were revenues from promotion and advertisement - HC Sparta Praha year-on-year result was lower by 29,60 mil. CZK (21,3 %) and Mountfield HK by 6,68 mil. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the corporate performance. The financial situation of Laufen CZ s.r.o. is analyzed for the years 2017 to 2021. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the description of the theoretical background, which is subsequently used in the analytical part of the work. The last part of the final thesis deals with own proposals that lead to the improvement of the company's financial performance. These proposals are designed on the basis of the knowledge found during the work.
