The goal of bachelor thesis is to evaluate financial situation of a chosen company, identify weak sides in this area and suggest measures leading to improvement of company’s financial health on the basis of this analysis. This bachelor thesis will focus on evaluating financial situation and completing financial analysis of San Marco s.r.o. between years 2009-2012 through indicators of financial analysis. San Marco company carries on two family pensions in Mutěnice and vine cellar, which is also in Mutěnice near Hodonín. The bachelor thesis will further take up on suggestions to improve economic situations of the company.

This diploma thesis is focused on financial analysis of the pharmacy. The main attention is paid to elementary methods, mainly to analysis of balance, list of profits and loss, financial ratios and their systems. These methods are used for financial analysis of the pharmacy At the Lion. On the basis of findings, this diploma thesis includes proposals for improvement and evalutation of the contributions of these proposals for the company.

The first part describes the various methods and selected indicators related to financial analysis. The second part contains information about the company and the practical application method and indicators described in the theoretical part. Based on the results of the financial analysis, the last third part proposes solutions that should lead to the improvement of the company's financial situation.

The diploma thesis deals with evaluating the financial situation of the company O.K. BAG s.r.o. during the years 2006 – 2010. The aim of this work is to analyze the financial situation of the company and propose options for improving the financial situation. The first part of work is contains basic information about the company O.K. BAG s.r.o.. In the second part the obtained results are evaluated and compared with the data of the firm. Based on these results it is possible to propose an enhancement of the current state of the firm

The aim of the Diploma thesis on the topic „Evaluation of the financial situation of a selected international company and proposals for its improvement“ is the elaboration and evaluation of the financial situation of Aircraft Industries, a.s., a leading Czech manufacturer of commercial aircraft, for the period 2014 to 2018. This thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part is processed the theoretical background needed to perform a financial analysis. The second part contains general information about the analyzed company and the actual processing of the financial analysis. Based on the results, the last part of this thesis proposes measures and recommendation to improve the financial situation of the company.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation of the company’s financial situation and then proposals for it’s improvement. Bachelor’s thesis will be based on financial statements in the years 2016-2020 and it is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part I will be explaining the basic concepts of financial analysis, which I will then use in the practical part for specific calculations according to real company data. At the end of the thesis I will describe my proposals to improve the financial situation in the company.
