Evaluation of the Economy of the Selected Organization of Public Sector

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the management of two state non-profit organizations, large school - 2nd Primary School in the Moravska Třebová and small classes school in the village of Linhartice. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical problems of management of non-profit organizations, that are needed to build the second practical part, which focuses on specific financial analysis of the revenue and expenditure of state non-profit organizations. Based on the data in the third part presents a comparison between revenues and expenditures of both schools for a period of three years and subsequent recommendation to increase their yields and better management.

There is prepared a technical report on the structural and technological project, situation with broder relations roadways, time and financial plan, studies the implementation of major technological stages, project construction site, design of building machines and mechanisms, plan for securing materiál resources, technological regulation for warm flat roof and saddle truss roof, inspection and test plans, budget and health and safety at the technological stage roofed.

This Bachelor thesis deals with software tools for the creation of project documentation. The thesis starts with an introduction to project documentation, where its history, the timeline of creation and the benefits for end users are described. The next chapterpresents the division and characteristics of the projection tools. Subsequently, the characteristics of the most commonly used programs for the creation of project documentation are presented, which are divided into categories according to their use. The thesisalso provides an overview of selected programs used by designers. The following part focuses on the creation of a model project of a single-storey family house. The project includes technical report, layout, switchboard design and budget. The final part presents manuals for the design of project documentation, which include work with the programs ElProCAD, Sichr and Verox.

The theme of this diploma thesis is " The study alternatives village sewer system Crhov". The thesis focuses on the design of possible wastewater treatment options with design of the technology for waste water treatment. Four alternatives are proposed - catch up existing sewerage and build an aerobic pond, new sewerage system with a container sewage treatment plant, domestic sewage treatment plant and the existing drainage system and the construction of a sewage treatment plant. In addition to the proposal itself, financial valuation of these variants is an integral part of the work with its own recommendation.

This diploma thesis deals with selected parts of the construction technology project of a multifunctional house in Brno on Cihlářská Street. Thesis contains a technical report, coordination situation and marking of transport routes of vehicles, time and financial plan of construction, study of the main technological stages of building, technical report of site equipment including drawing of site equipment, design of main construction machines including verification of bearing capacity and reach object, technology prescription and control and test plan for monolithic ceiling structure. The diploma thesis also includes selected LEED certification credits and a health and safety plan.

The subject of my thesis, entitled A Marketing Plan for the company Sika CZ, Ltd, which deals in the production of chemicals for the building industry, is an analysis of the current situation of the company. The first part, entitled The Newest Theoretical Data, is devoted to a proposal of the methods, analyses and elements of marketing communication that are essential for the creation of a marketing plan. The analytical part of the thesis involves the individual analyses that form the basis for the following part, entitled My Proposals for a Solution. In the chapter My Proposals and Solutions, I subsequently put forth a comprehensive marketing plan that would lead to the attain-ment of the company’s specific goals.

The diploma thesis deals with the passport of family houses and its creation. The first part describes the building condition survey from a theoretical point of view, its advantages, purposes and sorting, possible owners and so its legislative background. Thereafter it describes in detail the procedure of making the passport and applies the procedure on a particular family house in Brno. Medium passport of the family house focuses on describing the structural and technical condition. It also describes the current faults, errors and methods whose reveals them. Subsequently, the proposals for solution of these adjustments follows together with the resolution of emergency in specific cases.

Parts of the work are own proposals for organizing children's camp, documentation about the camp, personnel, program and material provision of the camp and economic evaluation of children's camp.
