Technological stage of the substructure of the Faculty of the Environment in Prague

This bachelor thesis is an assessment of the technological planning of a Czech agricultural university in Prague, Faculty of the Environment substructure. Thesis focuses on the mechanisation as well as process of the construction. The building consists of three underground and four aboveground floors. Altogether seven floors are built upon a concrete slab foundation, supported by piles. The content includes technical report, general layout, vicinity plan, ground works schedule, the process of construction sheet piles and soldier beams with anchors. Technological schedule include the machinery schedule together with technological tests schedules, followed by the site facilities plan, moving on to bill of quantities, budget time schedule, H&S quide and a construction noise pollution report.

Preparation for the implementation of the multifunctional buildings in Bratislava

This diploma thesis deals with the preparation of the implementation of multifunctional buildings in Bratislava. These are three detached multi-storey apartment buildings connected by a joint basement. The diploma thesis includes a technical report to the construction technological project, a study of the implementation of main technological phases, solving of broader relations of transport routes with the design of supply routes, a time schedule and a financial plan of the object, a detailed time plan for the rough substructure and rough superstructure, a building site equipment project, a machine assembly design and its assessment, a technological regulation for monolithic structures, a control plan and test plan for monolithic structures, a specification of the time period of the removal of the formwork of monolithic structures, an occupational safety and health plan and selected points of the LEED certification. The thesis also includes a plan for securing resources for the rough structure with added schedules of workers, machines and building materials, a cost estimation budget of selected technological processes, a noise study, and a financial analysis of the expected investment profit.

Preparation for the implementation of the lower building of the pension in Opava

The bachelor's thesis deals with the implementation of a substructure of a guest house in Opava. This building, founded in complex foundation conditions, is composed of five floors without a basement. The house is based on piles, which support the foundation strips. Part of the rough substructure is also an installation channel, made in the form of a watertight concrete structure. This work contains a technical report, the situation of the construction with wider relations of transport routes, a detailed statement of acreage, technological regulation for earthworks and foundation, drawing and report of construction site equipment, time schedule, machine design, control and trial plan, safety and health at work, schematic procedures of earthworks and foundations, as well as item budget.

Theme of the diploma thesis is a construction technology project extension of the building of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic in Brno. The content of the diploma thesis is the study of the main technological stages of the main building, solution of wider transport relations with a focus on building supply, objects schedule, time schedule of the main building. The work also includes the project of construction site equipment, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, technological regulations for special foundations and rough construction, which are supplemented by control and test plans and a plan for securing material resources. Bachelor thesis deals with the realization of rough substructure for multifunctional building Vlněna in Brno. It is two storey basements founded in complicated subsoil. Thesis contains draft, adaptation and comparison of variable technological solutions of the chosen phase, technical report of the chosen technological phase, the block plan drawing of transportation roads, location drawing and the technical report of the building site equipment, the technological regulations of monolith reinforced concrete structures, the inspection and testing plan for monolithic structures, the machine set designing, the occupational safety and health care, the cost estimation budget with bill of quantities, the time schedule, the scheme of critical concreting and applicability diagram of tower cranes.

The content of this thesis is a construction technology project of a new office and production building for company Ray Service a.s. in Staré Město near Uherské Hradiště. The thesis contains technical reports, construction technology study, design of transport ways, technological regulations of demolition and earthworks and regulations for construction of foundation structures. Furthermore is made design of the main machine assembly, inspection and test plan and the design of the construction site, including a technical report. Finally is made a project for the construction of area roads including time plan, LEED certification, noise study and comparison of the main lifting mechanisms.

Preparation of the construction of the rough construction of reinforced concrete prefabricated halls in Brno

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the realization of prefabricated reinforced concrete hall in brno. It deals with construction-technological execution of the substructure and assembled skeleton. Its content is a technical report of the construction site equipment including the drawing, the solution of transport relations for the transport of materials and machines, technological regulations for earthworks and the assembly of reinforced concrete skeleton, machine assembly, time schedule of implementation and itemized budget for the given technological stage. The work also deals with the quality of the work and safety of work. Furthermore, several schemes of execution of individual structures and alternative foundation of substructure for prefabricated halls are elaborated.

The aim of this Diploma Thesis is constructionally - technological solution of the rough construction of polyfunctional house on the corner of Bánskobystrická and Medlánecká streets in Brno Řečkovice. In the Diploma Thesis I will deal with the plan of the work procedure of the execution of roof construction layers, machine sets, itemized budget, construction schedule, construction site equipment, inspection and testing plan, ecology and transport relations related to the construction. I would like to point out the complication of the construction with a lack of space because the construction is in the area of Brno Řečkovice. The plan of construction execution was more difficult due to lack of space for storage of materials and machinery handling.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is construction - technological solutions rough substructure of residential house on the street Kovářská in Brno - Komarov. The main parts of work is proposal workflow, mechanical assemblies, itemized budget, the construction schedule, building equipment, inspection and test plan, transport relations of the construction site. One of the main part is the foundation of the construction technology using "white bath", together with settlement development near of the Brno city center.
