Theme of this bachelor work is family house. The house is designed from POROTHERM wall system, there are two above grand and one under grand floors. The roof of the building is designed gabled. The thesis subject deals with processing of documentation of new boarding house in the Eagle Mountains. The boarding house is free-standing building with a cellar and aboveground three floors situated in sloping terrain. The boarding house is covered by gabled roof. A restaurant with background is projected in the first floor. In the second and the third floor double and triple rooms are situated. Total number of beds comes to thirty five. After finishing the house construction, the area will be put into original state, vegetation will be restored and new trees are going to be planted out. The access to building is from the south for the public and from the north for the staff. For movement of handicapped people with reduced movement ability the paved areas are designed and placed in front of the object.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a family house with business activities. It is a two-storey house with a partial basement, the roof is pitched with a slope of 35 °. As the structure two-way wall HELUZ walls were used. The building is set on a land slightly sloping towards the west. All structures comply with the applicable standards ČSN.
Mountain hotel in Beskydy

This thesis solves design of timber structure of mountain hotel in Beskydy. The hotel is two-storey building with residential attic and no cellar. The ground plan of the building is about 15x26 m and height of the building is 14,76 m. The type of roof timbers was chosen from two options. There was used structural timber of the strength class C24, glued laminated timber of the strength class GL24 and steel S235. Program Scia Engineer was used for the static analysis of the structure. There was made only linear calculation.

The theme of this work is the building design, brand new mountain hotel with wellness services in Spindleruv Mlyn. The plot is located in a quiet part of town, near a wooded area and form a river Labe.V designed hotel is located three floors above ground level of the building is solved attic space. Roofed by a wooden roof false hip roof. Ground unsophisticated form a geometric shape, which layout is divided into sections. On the ground floor wellness facilities, a portion of the input dopňkovými with hotel services, floor is done mainly for accommodation, as well as the attic. Hotel is equipped with a slightly sloping plot in the construction of houses and other hotels. All living spaces are naturally ventilated and illuminated. The supporting structure consists Liapor system. The appearance of the hotel is in line with the surroundings.
