The project deals with the technical documentation of basement family semi-detached house in the village Šumice. The building is located on flat terrain in the gap between existing single-family homes. The house has a rectangular ground plan and has two roof rack. The basement serves as a technical background and a relaxation of the house, the first floor serves as a health and social background of the house and attic serves as a living area with sanitary facilities.

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is new-building family house with the surgery general practitioner. The residential area is divided for the two separate housing units. One of the apartments is duplex. The Surgery is wheelchair accessible. It has a separate entrance form the north side. The building is set in sloping terrain. It has three floors, it is partly basement and 3NP is solved in the attic. It is a brick building, which is the system POROTHERM with a combination of BTB fittings in the basement. Roofing is solved by a combination gabled and rack roof with a pitch 35° and 15°.
