The vertical and horizontal load – bearings are designed by the system Liapor. An atypical roof is solved by trussed rafter. The object comprises two detached housing units with garage.

This bachelor´s thesis is a project of semidetached house for two generations of family. House is situated on periphery of Moravany.The building consists of two flats, between them is garage for two cars. Smaller flat is single-storey building, second one is storey and with cellar. Flats are connected conservatory, from here is entrance to garden. Struktural system is Porotherm. Semidetached house is roofed with flat roof, part of this is extensive green roof. Main entrances are in ground floor. Ground floor serves to staying during day. Here are kitchen, and living room. In smaller flat is also bedroom and bathroom. In bigger flat is cast-in-place reinforced concrete staircase. In cellar there are storages, workshop, laundry, utility room and workshop. From cellar is external staircase to garden. Second floor is designed for rest, here are bedrooms with bathrooms and entrance to terrace.

The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is the preparation of design documentation of the family semi-detached house. The building is located in the village of Unčín on plot number 547/1. The total area is 1086 m2. This is a two-floors object, without cellar, located on flat terrain, designed for 2x4 persons. The perimeter walls of the house are lined with clay block from the Porotherm company and they are based on the concretefoundation strips. The ceiling construction are made of Porotherm system of ceramic inlays Miako and beams the POT. The roof is gabled. Roofing is designed of aluminum SATJAM Roof Alumat brown color. The staircase is a double reinforced concrete. Boot part of the semi-detached house have a garage for 2 cars. Over it is a walkable terrace.

The building has two floors and is basementless. The object comprises two detached housing units with garage. Outer, interior load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls are designed from masonry system of the company KB-Blok. Ceilings are made using pre-stressed ceiling panels Spiroll. The house is covered with a gable roof, roof slope is 31°. Garage is covered with a flat roof.

The Bachelor thesis topic is semi-detached house. The building is designed as a two-storey, without a basement. The roof is solved as double-shell flat. The entrance is on the north side. On the ground floor is a vestibule, where there is access to the utility room, toilet and living area, which consists of a living room, kitchen with dining room from which is exit to the terrace. Staircase to the second floor is in the living room. On the second floor they are accessible from the central hall of these rooms: a bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, two children's bedrooms, lumber-room and dressing room. It is a brick building from ceramic fittings with contact thermal insulation system ETICS. The roof is made of asphalt strips.
