Barakat, Husam Aldin Naser ; Kočí, Gabriela (advisor) ; Vomáčková, Helena (referee)
Název: Případová studie fyzioterapeutické léčby pacienta po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě v bazálních gangliích s postižením pravé strany těla v podobě spastické hemiparézy Cíl: Tato práce si klade za cíl zkonsolidovat teoretické poznatky o ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě a představit podrobnou kazuistiku pacienta trpícího postižením pravé strany těla v důsledku ischemické cévní mozkové příhody v bazálních gangliích. Zahrnuje podrobné popisy počátečního a finálního kineziologického vyšetření, průběh jednotlivých terapií a komplexní shrnutí výsledků terapie. Specializovaný obsah vychází z praktických zkušeností získaných během kontinuální profesionální praxe na Oddělení pooperační rehabilitace v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno, probíhající pod vedením supervizora Bc. Tomáše Modlingera od 16. ledna do 10. února 2023....

Author: David Kopecký Title: Case study of physiotherapic care of hemorrhagic stroke patient with right-sided hemiparesis Objectives: The purpose of this thesis was to to summarize the theoretical information on CMP with a focus on the hemorrhagic type and to elaborate a case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after hemorrhagic CMP with right-sided hemiparesis hemiparesis Methods: The content of the theoretical part is drawn from professional articles, textbooks and studies. The case study consists of anamnesis, initial kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term therapeutic plan, 8 therapeutic units, output kinesiological analysis, evaluation of the effect of therapy and final discussion where I compare the effect of my therapy with studies. Results: The most significant changes in the patient's condition include a decrease in the painfulness of the affected shoulder, an increase in the passive range and the onset of active movements. Progress was also noted in gait stereotype and ADL. Conclusion: This thesis contains theoretical background on stroke and in a special section is described a case study of a patient with this disease. The case report was prepared in the ÚVN Prague in the period from 13th January to 26th January under the supervision of Bc. Eva Hankovcova. Keywords:...

Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after ischemic stroke Objective: The aim of this thesis is to summarize the theoretical information on the topic of stroke and then to develop a case report of a patient after ischemic stroke with right-sided hemiparesis. Methods: This bachelor thesis deals with stroke and is divided into two parts - general and special. The general part contains the main theoretical information about stroke. In addition, the physiotherapist's examination typical of the diagnosis is described, together with a selection of methods and procedures most commonly used in the physiotherapeutic care of these patients. The special section includes a case report of a patient after ischemic stroke with subsequent right-sided hemiparesis, including the initial and final kinesiological examination, the course of individual therapies and a summary of the effect of therapy. The background for the special part was obtained during the continuous professional practice at the Department of Post- operative Rehabilitation at the Regional Hospital Kladno from 9 January to 3 February 2023 under the supervision of the supervisor Mgr.
