Reconstruction of the cultural center Ronov nad Doubravou

The aim of the thesis was to create documentation for building permit and a part of building design documentation, based on architectural study prepared insubject named AG34 – Architectural Design Studio IV. Main content of the study was reconstruction of the cultural house next to the main hall. Building contains dancing hall, restauration and high garret. Basic idea of the project was to deconstruct latest part of the buildings from courtyard. Today in year 2020 the spaces are small for new function and are not valuace. Thats why the latest parts will be break down. Building plot is located on Chittussi square. The original house is now standing between townhall and family house. At immediate proximity is located also resturations, school and church. Plot is quite flat and horizontal. Part of the project is also landfield inside courtyard, where also kids from school are playing.

Mountain hotel

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a mountain hotel in the village Rokytnice nad Jizernou. The object is placed on a sloping plot located in an attractive touristic and skiing area of mountain range Krkonoše. The mountain hotel has 4 floors and a basement. In the First floor there is a restaurant with a terrace, kitchen and administrative facilities of hotel. In the second and third floor we can find guest rooms and room for the hotel staff. In the basement there is wellness, technical facilities and garage compound. Construction of building is made of the reinforced concrete monolithic transverse frames with beam filling of ceramic block.

Church of St. Jiljí in Nymburk

This work explores architectural elements of the church of the St. Jiljí in Nymburk. It deals with their description and analysis and sorts them according to the stages of development of the church. The present state of the object results from the restauration made by K. Hilbert at the beginning of 20th century. As there is no newer literature dedicated to the restored church in Nymburk, I have focused above all on this period. In my work the restauration of the church is incorporated in the context of specific periods. The work mentions the reasons of the new interest in historical monuments in the middle of 19th century, the political situation in the town, the reforms of the Church and other circumstances which led to the realization of the project. I describe in details Hilbert's initial projects of the restauration of the church and the circumstances leading to the restauration. I also mention the development of the autor's views and the causes of the changes of the project, and the possible sources of inspiration of K. Hilbert and how he was influenced by medieval and modern art. On this example I show the application of the new theories in the care of historical monuments. This attitude helped K. The object of my bachelors work is to set up a business plan for operation and developement of the company operating in the hospitanty industry. This is connected with the development of market analysis, risk management, competition and devising organizational, financial and marketing plan. My work will be based on my theoretical knowledge gained in the study and practical knowledge and experience of the operators of the business.

Mountain pension

This diploma thesis solves the project of four-storey, partly cellared mountain pension situated in the plant number 645/2 in the cadastral area in Deštné in Orlické hory. The building has a capacity of 44 seats to accommodate 72 persons in the restaurant and 57 persons in the wellness center. There is a wellness center with fitness room and engine room of air-conditioning system in the basement. There is an entrance hall with hotel base, restaurant, sanitary facilities and utility room with boiler room on the first floor. The second and third floor is designed for accommodation. There is an outdoor terrace of restaurant. The building has a load-bearing wall system. The load-bearing walls and the partition walls are bricked up of the porous concrete YTONG bricks and sand-lime bricks SILKA. The walls are insulated of mineral wool thickeness 200 mm and EPS Perimeter thickeness 140 mm underground section and plinth area. The ceiling structure are made of the prestressed hollow core panels spiroll thickness 250 mm and wooden beamed ceiling. There is a saddle wooden roof. The windows and the doors are made by the company Progress. The part of facade of the building is ventilated. This project is designed by the computer software ArchiCAD.

Restaurant with Point of View

The aim of the master thesis „ Restaurant with a view“ is project for realization of a building. The building is situated in city district Brno – Veveří. New building will be placed instead of a current garage in the end of the street Rybkova. The building has two floors. The bearing system is a combination of ceramic bricks Porotherm and reinforce conrete frame. The frame consists of columns and longitudinal girders. The ceiling is a monolithic reinforce concrete slab. The roofs above both floors are flat and walkable with waterproofing layer made of modified bitumen sheets. The walkable layer is made of concrete paving with a rectification targets. The projekt also solves preparation for possible placing of wooden tower on the roof of the second floor. Wooden tower was made just as initial design.

Vinery - Strachotin it`s a project of two buildings of wineries on the south of Morava. The winery is a building where the wine is produced and there`s a possibility to make a showing of this production, tasting and selling the bottles of wine. In the second building there`s situated a five storeyed hotel with a wellness center on the ultimate storey and a restaurant on the first storey
