Dynamic model of planetary gearbox
Půst, Ladislav ; Pešek, Luděk ; Radolfová, Alena
Influence of planetary gears flexible pins on the dynamic properties of planetary gearing box is investigated. This flexibility of planets pins enable better power flow distribution in planet subsystems and increase the input torque density. Analysis of proposed simple mathematical model explains basic dynamical properties of planetary gearing with flexible pins, influence of pins’ stiffness on frequencies and on modes of free vibrations as well as on the response curves at external harmonic excitation.
Vibrations of blades bunches
Půst, Ladislav ; Pešek, Luděk
Paper describes a mathematical model for analysing the dynamic characteristics of five-blades bunch with different damping connections among individual blades. The connections of blades by means of special rubber elements either with the fixed contact with neighbouring blades or with one-sided slip is presented. Systems with dry friction connections among blades by means of direct contacts or by inserted dry friction elements are described as well. As an example of analysis results, response curves of five-blades-bunch excited on first blade at different dry friction force in the first bending resonance is shown. Elaborated analysis create the basic theoretical background for evaluation of measurement on experimental bladed disk set in the laboratory of Institute of Thermomechanics of ASCR and it is also applied for evaluation of effectiveness of methods for suppression of forced vibration of blades.
Influence of detuning of beams with friction damper on the high of resonance peaks
Půst, Ladislav ; Pešek, Luděk ; Veselý, Jan ; Radolfová, Alena
A system of two parallel beams with excentric friction area and normal contact force produced by spring was investigated in the first part of research report. detuning of beams was realized by additing of permanent magnets always on one of measured beams. This arrangement corresponds to the behaviour of real blades, where the friction contact force is produced by torsion blades. Result of measurement of detuning effect at a pair of blade-models connected by a wedge friction element is described in the second part of report . The measured response curves and the summary diagrams proved that the detuning of blades has positive effect on the decrease of resonance amplitudes.
