Primary prevention of alcohol abuse by children with special educational needs

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of alcohol consumption in children and youth. The first chapter describes alcohol and its impact on health, provides an overview of alcohol consumption in the Czech Republic in adults, children and youth. The concept of pupils with special educational needs is explained here and attention is focused on ADHD pupils. The following is an introduction to the primary prevention system in the Czech Republic. The work describes the methodologies for working with pupils with special educational needs and identifies the basic documents and methodologies that can be used in the creation of preventive programs for the school environment. The created preventive program should teach pupils to refuse alcohol, bring information about the consequences of its consumption and raise overall awareness of its poor effect on the human body. Its aim is also to try to improve communication and find solutions in their often dissatisfied lifestyle. Overall, the program strives to develop communication, get to know other people, resolve negative events or conflict. And especially to get to know yourself.
Influence of primary reflexes for children with ADHD

TITLE: Influence of primary reflexes for children with ADHD AUTHOR: Petra Jirešová DEPARTMENT: Department of Special Education SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Pavlína Šumníková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the influence of primary reflexes on the education of children with ADHD. I deal with concept of ADHD syndrome, etiology and diagnosis in the introduction to the thesis. In the next section I describe the individual school facilities and educational opportunities of students with ADHD. Next, I focus on organizations that can help parents of children with ADHD syndrome. In the last chapter of the introductory part, I will dedicate the primary reflexes and neuro-developmental therapy. As part of its investigation, I mention any studies that I have extended the findings of the examination of neuro-developmental therapy. Goal of the thesis is to determine whether, practice exercises, affects the suppression of persistent primary reflexes in children with ADHD. Own observations I concluded that therapy can relieve some ADHD Symptoms syndrome and improving their education.
