The aim of the thesis: "Family house in a slope" is the development of detailed documentation to build a house for four people on the lands number 145 and 130/8, in the village Albrechtice nad Orlicí. It is necessary to integrate the object into the surrounding buildings and it fitted properly into the sloping terrain and benefit not so attractive building land. The roof over the object will consist of two independent shed roof. The main entrance is from the adjacent road on the upper floor. The supporting part will be consist of a combination of concrete blocks - BEST formwork and ceramic bricks POROTHERM Profi. Non-bearing part will be consist of system POROTHERM Profi. The roof will be concrete roofing BRAMAC Natura. Building envelope will be warmed by a contact ETICS ending with a gray facade on the lower floor of a ventilated facade Cembrit Zenit reddish color in the upper floor. Doors and windows are wood with a golden oak color shade.

The target of bachelor´s thesis is design of family house. The house is destined for a family of four. The house is designed on a flat land in village Klimkovice. Object is a single-storey building and basementless. Entry to the building is on the northwest side. The main living rooms are located to the southwest. The property includes a garage of one parking space. Perimeter and interior bearing walls are designed from solid wood panels NOVATOP SOLID 124 mm. The roof construction is formed in part by wooden trusses and the second part of the lamellar glued wood beams GL28H. The house is covered with a shed roof, roof planes inclinations are 5 ° and 8 °.

The subject of this thesis is two-storey wooden basement house. The building plot is located in Brno. The House is designed with the view of surrounding buildings and the location. The House will be used for living of a family of five members. The plan view of the House is almost rectangular. The main entrance and the driveway to the House is at 1st floor level. The vertical walls are formed by a wooden frame with thermal insulation sheathed on both sides of wood chip boards and plasterboards. The ceiling structure is made of wooden beams with embedded insulation. The detached house is covered with two sloping shed roofs. This elaborated is on the theme of "Family House." They work out of the A, B, C, D.1.1 and D.1.3 and Annex no. 6 to Decree no. 499/2006 Coll., On Construction Documentation, as amended by Decree no. 62/2013 Coll. Family house is designed for 4-5 members. Building Plot is located in Uničov and a number 2126/59. It is a two-storey building with a partial basement. In the eastern part a garage, without a basement. The roof of the garage serves as a balcony. It is accessible from one of the rooms on the second floor. The building is covered with a wooden truss. This creates a pitched roof with a covering of corrugated iron. On the south side terrace is partly covered by a small roof hanging on steel rods. In 1PP is lightweight gym, bathroom, food store, inventory, laundry room and utility room where the boiler is located. V 1 NP is a study, kitchen with pantry, dining room and living room and wc. 2 NP serves as the resting part. There is a bathroom, bedroom, closet and three children's rooms. Perimeter, internal bearing and inner walls are made of Porotherm. Only the basement is part of shuttering. Ceiling construction is Miako and beams Pot.

The object of this work is the preparation of project documentation for the family house. This is a two-storey brick building with partial basement, which is situated in a sloping terrain. Roofing over the 2nd floor is done by a shed roof and over part of 1st floor is done by flat roof, which is used as a terrace. In the basement is a garage for two cars. The building is designed in the system KM Beta SENDWIX M. Layout solution provides comfortable living for 4-5 member family.

Pension

The subject of this final thesis is the preparation of a project documentation for the building construction of a new pension with restaurant and wine cellar. The compound is located in Vážany nad Litavou. Its location falls under Velké Pavlovice area. Due to the location in this wine-growing region is in the project located, a wine cellar with a vineyard. The project is designed as a guesthouse with the restaurant designed for families with children, and for holding small social or company events. For this purpose, is in the main building designed a lounge with capacity of 20 people and a restaurant with capacity of 60 persons. The accommodation capacity provided in the pension is 43 beds. Pension offers background designed for relaxation or wellness stays thanks to the sauna and whirlpool. The building has rectangular plan on two basements and two above-ground floors with a mono-pitched roof facing south. This makes it possible to use solar power from the roof and south-facing facade. Water from the roof of the building is collected in a small pond, which serves as a storage reservoir useful in case of fire and vineyard irrigation. Near the building there are paved and parking areas.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and elaboration a project documentation for a family house with an establishment (travel agency), which is located on plot no. 240 in Rosice near Brno. The family house is designed as a two storey with residential attic. The first floor is used for work and the second floor is used as a relax zone. At the northwest side of the family house is designed the establishment - travel agency. Entrance to the family house and establishment is situated at the northeast side of the object, where is also a garage. Before the entrance there are two parking place for customers. Residential part of the building is at the east and the southeast side of the object. Establishment – travel agency is oriented at the northwest side. The selected land for this building is flat, detached and located on plot no. 240 in Rosice near Brno. The entrance to the family house and establishment - travel agency is designed as a barrier free. The building will be based on concrete foundation strips made of C16/20 concrete. The perimeter walls on the first floor and the second floor are designed by Ytong load-bearing masonry. Ceiling structures are ceramic ceilings from the Porotherm system. The roof over family house is designed as a saddle roof and the roof over garage is designed as a counter roof. The building is insulated by Isover contact insulation system.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a chalet Horská chata pod Kozlenou in the village of Staré Hamry. The object is placed on a sloping plot located in an attractive tourist area of the Beskydy mountains. The building has two floors and is partially furnished with a basement. On the first overground floor there is a restaurant with a terrace and staff facilities. On the second overground floor we can find the guest rooms. The structural system is made of hollow concrete blocks. The chalet has a shed roof.

The target of this thesis work is design of family house with two separate building units on concrete place in Bystrice pod Hostynem. The intention is to create functional disposal solution to take account everyday working. The new building is given for family about four people and one grandparent. The emphasis is given on general visual impression and design. Building is designed from KM BETA construction system with wooden outdoor facing on the part of facade.

Master thesis Kindergarten in Polička is processed in the form design documentation for the construction. Two classes are designed in the building, each for 25 children, kitchen, technical background and facilities for staff. Part of the building is a large garden. It is a detached building with one floor and the part of the building with the basement. The surrounding terrain is slightly sloping. The building is made of masonry system on the concrete strip foundations. The building is insulated with contact thermal insulation system. The part of building is roofed with mono-pitched roof and the other parts are roofed with a flat roof.
