Operations Process Development in Philip Morris

The subject of the bachelor work is the company Philip Morris Kuban. The aim is to conduct an internal analysis of the company's operational processes, evaluate the effectiveness of these processes and the development of improved techniques. The company Philip Morris Kuban - a modern automated industrial plant full production cycle (from the primary processing of raw tobacco to the production and packaging of high quality cigarettes) and one of the largest industrial centers of "Philip Morris International" in the world. Bachelor work was divided into three main parts. The first part covers the basic terminology, showing the main approaches and the development of operational management and operational processes. The second part describes the company and its business activities. The final section includes an analysis of the operational processes; evaluate the effectiveness of these processes and the development of improved techniques.
