The story as a means of developing social skills and prosocial behavior in preschool children.

This bachelor thesis isfocused on the story characteristics and itspractical use with preschool children. The aimis to use the story as a means to develop the child's personality in the field of social skills and prosocial behavior. Furthermore, to create an educational program that iscreate dosing methods of drama education suitable for preschool-age by the Framework educational program for preschool education (RVP PV). The theoretical part briefly describes the history and culent course of drama education in kindergartens, as well as social learning, usage of a book and a story. The practical part contains the developed educational unit, its implementation, and feedback verified in practice. It avers dramatization, the child's speechskills, creativity, social learning, and the prosocial behavior that accompanies and motivates the story as a major factor. Methods of interview, observation, self-reflection, and feedback from the teacher after the output are used to evaluace individual lessons. The methodological material is supplemented by the know led get hat resulted from the implementation. A questionnaire surfy was also used to find out whether kindergarten teachers use the story to develop children's social skills in other regional or district kindergartens.
Social skills as a part of ethics education in kindergarten

Preschool age is one of the most important periods. What a child learns and what he/she experiences at the preschool age has an impact on all his life. I see a big problem in that today some children cannot cooperate together, they do not share things, do not automatically help the younger and weaker, they cannot solve any conflicts and do not have basic social habits such as greetings, thanks and apology. Therefore it was my goal to include pro-social activities into the kindergarten environment to develop prosocial behavior among children in the context of ethics. In the theoretical part the key matter is the program of ethical education and methods of ethics education. The mentioned activities are based on the program of ethical education and the methods point out how to apply the activities to practice. In the practical part I examined whether controlled prosocial activities resulting from the program of ethical education improve the quality of relationships among children. This action research was determined by method of observation and resulted in fact that controlled prosocial activities within ethical education improve relationships among children and strengthen child's confidence. Changes in the behavior of children in a group of school clubs the careful application of effective communication

The thesis deals with the instrumentality of usage efficient communication and prosocial activities on primary children´s behaviour in class after-school club. The observed areas are coping, solving plus percent occurrence of conflicts, mutual communication together with the expression of personal opinions. Furthermore, the work compared the atmosphere within the class after-school club before the research in January 2014 and after its completion in June 2014. The results of the empirical investigation of quantitative research are compared with each other at the beginning as well as at the end of the research. These outcomes were compared with the results of the control group. They prove that the change of educational approach by using the effective communication and prosocial activities can affect children's behavior.
Present nursery school in a town and in a village

This work discusses the differences of the rural and the urban lifestyle and their influence to the behavior and approve themselves of children and teachers in nursery schools. In the theoretical part I write about the factors, which have the greatest influence to the behavior of children, in the practical part I watch the behavior of children in the preselect activities in 5 rural and 5 urban nursery school.
