This bachelor thesis focuses on motivational program for employees at TDK Electronics s.r.o. and its potential changes aimed at improving employee job satisfaction. In the theoretical part, basic motivation theories and current trends in motivational systems are introduced. The analytical part focuses on a detailed examination of the current state of the company's motivational program and the analysis of employee satisfaction with this motivational program using interview methods and supplementary observation methods. From the analysis, it emerged that employees are most dissatisfied with the financial compensation for their work (372 employees), limited selection of company benefits (308 employees), lack of information regarding the company's future (301 employees), and poor quality workwear and footwear (151 employees). The outputs of this analysis are then utilized in the practical part to formulate practical suggestions for improving employee satisfaction. These suggestions include introducing new elements into the existing motivational system, such as implementing forms for employees to express their opinions and suggestions regarding employee benefits, holding regular meetings with company management to increase employee awareness, and introducing anonymous surveys. Finally, a solution to dissatisfaction with work clothing and footwear is proposed. The result of the work should be a more efficient, flexible, and well-adapted motivational program that reflects the current needs and expectations of employees, promotes their engagement, and increases their loyalty to the organization.
