Above-standard family house in Krelov - constructionally technological project

Subject of this work is pursuance technology of above-standard family house. This diploma thesis contains construction and technology report, technological prescriptions for important parts of buildings, technology report of plant building site, concepts of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan, technology report of health and safety on the construction site. Budget, calculation and time planning, a drawing of the facilities of the construction site, description of transport relations is included in addendum. Work also contains part about use of Calcium silicate masonry and its comparation.

Constructive-technological project of a new building University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Brno

The subject of the thesis is the construction-technological project New flats of Study and Information Centre of Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Brno. The building will offer a modern study environment for students. There will be a space for the central library as well as the study centre in the SIC. Also, the university archive and museum depository of the Institute of the History of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy will take place there. The building will be constituted of three five-floor blocks with overall groundplan size 72,40 x 30,50 m. The construction system is comprised by a ferroconcrete frame. The block C (the northern one) has one underground floor. At the level of the first uderground floor, the particular blocks are interconnected by an installation corridor. At the level of the second and third above-ground floor, the blocks are linked up with ferroconcrete connecting bridges. In the case of the fourth above-ground floor, the blocks are bridged by a dimensional steel construction which at the same time forms a roof and lifts the glassed frontage along the perimeter of the building. The fifth above-ground floor disposes of recessive steel extenstions of the engine rooms of air conditioning system.

Masters thesis is engaged of chosen parts of technological-buildig project of administrativ and housing complex of Sochorova in Brno, Žabovřesky. Contains technological-buildig study of first phase with brief description of advancement of construction with grafical scripts of particular steps, timetable and pecuniarytable of objects AB3, AB4, diagrams with various possibilities of using operatives. Thesis continous with calculation of entire first phase and item budged of object AB3(draft construction), statement of masurement, technical report of construction-technological AB3, plan of situaction of the building, technological manual of reiforced concrete ceiling of AB3 including plan of planking parts PERI, timetable, design of construction site equipment with technical report, proposal of machineries and crane, plane of inspections for chosen items, ecology and report about safety and health protecting on construction site.

Hanacky estate - construction and technological project

In this diploma thesis is designed replica Hanacky estate from the 19th century. The whole structure includes not only a replica of the estate but also including the reconstruction of a barn or shelter. Hanacky estate will be part of Zoopark Vyškov and will serve as an environmental education center. Thesis I deal with a construction technological project. I focus here on the transport links, building-site cell site equipment, calculation of water and electricity, design tools and machinery, calculation, budget and schedule, the use of machines and workers, limitky. I deal with the technological regulations innovative technology. Furthermore, it is the control and test plans, security, ecology, design contract for work. In the last part of my thesis I deal with natural building materials.

Department store Mohelnice - construction technological project

The diploma thesis deals with construction technological project of department store in Mohelnice town – hypermarket Kaufland. It compiles in detail the most optimal proposal of technological construction process, working machinery, traffic proposal for transport, construction site equipment, schedule of work, inspection and test plan, safety of work, environment, and finally costing including bill of quantities etc. The thesis deals specifically main building object SO04, object of hypermarket, which is consisted of prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton of single-storey building. I focus primarily on realization of gross building.

Futurama Business Park - object C, technological preparation of construction

The subject of the thesis is the solution of technological preparation of new building construction Futurama Business Park - the object C. In this thesis, is solved by the implementation of earthwork, foundation structures and reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton. Establishment of the building will be made on the concrete foundation slab. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete frame with perimeter steel columns and glass façade. The work also includes a timetable and financial plan (budget) building, technological regulations, technical report of building equipment, mechanical design assembly, inspection and test plan, design of site facilities, safety plan, impact of technological stage on the environment.
