Bzenec bypass - location study

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of the VST level for the bypass of the town Bzenec. The solved section is the road I/54 between the towns Moravský Písek - Bzenec - Vracov. The purpose of the work is to check the passability of the route through the selected location and to specify the directional and height direction of the road. The output of the work is the design of a bypass with consideration of the surrounding buildings, related roads, watercourses and protective areas. The project documentation includes intersections, relocations of the affected roads, price estimation and visualization of the future state.

The thesis describes the design of complex of identical four timber houses disposed over a particular area. The thesis also contains documentation for the implementation. Objects will be used for recreational accommodation purpose on an organic farm. One building is designed for a capacity of at least 6 people. Project is focused on one type object for which are developed construction drawings needed for construction permit check. The thesis is mainly focused on manufacturing documentation and output from modelling software for timber constructions made by DIETRICHS company. For the needs of an investor, for possible design of composition of timber construction were proposed, for which were performed calculations of coefficient of heat transfer and calculations of the house constructions project documents. Due to chosen construction technology, the first part of the thesis is focused on basic information related to timber constructions from the perspective of history. Description of possibilities of corner joints are also included in thesis.

Modifikace standardizované metodiky řízení projektů ve vybraném podniku

The thesis is focused on analyzing the current situation of project management in the company FORMSERVIS, Ltd., identifying and proposing methods for its improvement. While modifying a standardized project management methodology, the use of appropriate software for project management and its benefits is emphasized. The methodology for modification of project management support with regard to the nature of its activities and the availability of relevant data is proposed on the basis of the literature review. In the practical part, an assessment of the current situation is performed and the form of implementation of the new standard is designed. As the most suitable method PRINCE2 methodology is selected with the use of MS Project software. The possible problems and advantages of standardization of project management in the company are summarized and evaluated in the discussion and conclusion.

Založení biokoridoru v k.ú. Police u Valašského Meziříčí

This thesis is divided into two parts. The first one deals with the evaluation of the landscape on the cadastre of Police near Valašské Meziříčí. Based on the findings from field surveys, a list of biotechnical measures will be created in the evaluation, where the status of individual biotechnical measures will be evaluated. In the second part, will be choosen object from biotechnical measures, and for him will be made project documentary. The aim is to elaborate project documentation for selected biotechnical measure.

Projekt lokálního biocentra LBC Díly v k. ú. Rohatec

Abstract: This thesis deals with the design and elaboration of project documentation of the local biocentre LBC Díly. Biocentre is a structural element of the territorial systém of ecological stability. It uses as a tool for maintaining natural balance in the landscape. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the ideological solution, which summarizes the theoretical basis of the execution as well as the limits of the execution. The second part, project of the biocentre itself, is to be optimised based on the information gathered in the previous step. This project documentation only applies to the part of the biocentre that has real execution prerequisites, confirmed and stated in the ideological part.

Návrh dřevostavby jako nástavba rodinného domu a posouzení variant

This thesis deals with the design of the superstructure of the family house in the construction system of a wooden building. The main objective is to assess the original state of the house. According to this assessment the superstructure design with regard to applicable regulations and standards should be done. The static assessment of the truss roof and the assessment of two variants of the perimeter shell in terms of thermal engineering should be also considered. The superstructure design was done according to valid legislation and standards in AutoCAD. The static assessment of the roof was solved in the Pamite program by Mitek. The thermal engineering assessment was carried out in PHPP. The result of this work is the project documentation of the construction with a static assessment of the truss and the energy performance of the building.

The thesis deals with processing of project documentation of the new building constructed in form frame wooden construction. Project documentation contains design drawings needed to acquire building permit. Thesis describes chosen ways of heating objects, their technical construction and principal of function. It states their advantages and disadvantages and compares them according to their purchase and operating costs. It also states progression of costs of electric energy, natural gas and wood pellets and their availability. Part of the thesis is calculation of heat loss and heat energy needed for heating and for service water heating. Based on these calculations the thesis compares purchase and operating costs for period of 10 years and deals with the most crucial factors that affects choice of heating system in current time.

Komplexní krajinářské řešení katastrálního území Havlovice

In this thesis were mapped and judged biotechnical measures in cadastral territory of Havlovice. If biotechnical measures need some care there was suggested appropriate care. From results follows that the most care need orchards. However, due to relations of property rights and review priorities of municipality, the urn grove will be restored. Urn grove was damaged by wind storm in 2017. It is important to restore this public place as soon as possible for the mayor of municipality. That´s why project documentation was made for urn grove instead of orchard.

Zhodnocení stavu polních cest v pozemkových úpravách

The bachelor thesis „Evaluation of the field roads state in land consolidation“ is focused on comparison between the project documentation and current state of ten selected field roads in district of Ústí nad Orlicí. Field roads were selected according to the different age and different surface of the road. First of all, general land consolidation, project of common facilities and field roads are described in terms of literature research. Chapter „Material and methods“ contains basic information about individual cadastral areas and project documentation of selected field roads. Important part of the thesis is chapter „Results and discussion“, where you can find actual evaluation of the field roads current state in comparison with the original project. Following field road parameters/path factors were evaluated and compared: routing, road length, road width, culverts width, crossings width and length, downhill runs width and length, road surface condition, supplementary vegetation state, side ditch condition and road maintenance.

Řeka v městské krajině - modelové území Žďár nad Sázavou

The theme of diploma thesis is the River in urban space. It is divided into the lite-rary and practical part (results). The literary part of the thesis deals with the systems of systems of ecological stability, urban greenery and green infrastructure in relation to the rivers. The importance of rivers is evidenced by surveys aimed at describing and evaluating ecosystem services that we provide in an urbanized environment. The next themes is about possibilities of financing the riverbank projects. In the practical part of the thesis, the design of the waterfront Sázava river in Žďár nad Sázavou is elaborated in the project documentation for the execution of the construction. For the follow-up maintenance, a greenery plan of vegetation elements is compiled.
