LEADER v Českej a Slovenskej republike: komparačná štúdia

This diploma thesis LEADER in Czech and Slovak Republic: comparative study deals with the application of the LEADER approach in Czech Republic and Slovak Republic by using comparative analysis. The main aim of the thesis is to identify identical or different attributes of the LEADER approach in its application, both in terms of the importance of this method (financial allocation, structure of thematic areas or priorities, and scope of interaction) and in terms of the Czech and Slovak approach in its implementation (schedule, policy framework, regulation) in the programming periods 2007 – 2013 and 2014 – 2020.

This diploma thesis deals with application of an integrated approach in selected local action groups in programming period 2007-2013. Specifically were analyzed projects of Local action group Boskovicko PLUS, o.s., Local action group Partnerství venkova and Local action group Moravský kras, o.s. implemented during years 2007-2013 from Rural Development Programme, and evaluated whether were in practice integrated projects realized. Output of this diploma thesis is the evaluation of the integrated approach for mentioned local action groups and suggestions for a utilization improvement of this approach for the new programming period 2014-2020.

Nečasová, K. Draft analytical part of the Integrated Strategy. Brno, 2013. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis that will be used for processing development strategies LAGs Podbrněnsko. The first part is focused on defining the concept of local action groups, particularly the work of local action groups, the main objectives and their fulfillment through the LEADER approach. Next is a description of the programming period 2007-2013 and the new programming period 2014-2020, which is inspired by the Europe 2020 strategy. In the practical part of my work is characterized in detail area that falls under the local action group Podbrněnsko. Next is a description of the basic indicators of the monitored area. Next is the assessment of the current status of the territory and its development potential. The last chapter is a SWOT analysis, which shows the strengths and weaknesses of the territory and the resulting opportunities or threats.

Selected Local Action Groups in Pilsen Region as an Rural Development Actors

The bachelor thesis deals with two Local Action Groups operating in the Pilsen region. It defines general terms related to Local Action Groups and explains the system of functioning of these groups, which are an integral part of rural development. For a chosen groups there are created a characteristics, which are supplemented with SWOT analysis and Paired Comparison Analysis. Further, it focuses on a project activity analysis of this selected Local Action Groups, especially in programming period 2014-2020. The aim is to compare two Local Action Groups and find out what the differences are between them, then evaluate their contribution for rural areas.

This bachelor thesis evaluates grants projects supported by the European Union funds in the field of education. The purpose is to compare disparities with regard to the territorial division of the Czech Republic. The evaluation was based on the processing of data supported OP RDE projects and Czech Statistical Office. Part of the work is the visualization of data showing how successful regions are in using available grants.

The use of EU funded resources in a selected company

The goal of this thesis is to describe the theoretical bases about the issue of financial support funded by the European Union in the years 2007 - 2013 and to show their practical use in a project implemented by the organization PROSTOR PRO, o.p.s. which is called "Zero grade in working life". The next part deals with the program period 2014 - 2020 where the most attention is dedicated to the field of youth unemployment. It is within this very period that the company PROSTOR PRO, o.p.s. is going to implement its next project. The recommended field of focus for future projects is based on established and supported areas as well as questionnaire surveys.
