Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company and Proposals for its Improvement

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of Alumeco CZ s.r.o. and proposals for its improvement in the years 2016/2017-2020/2021. The work is divided into three parts. The theoretical part, where the theoretical background is explained, the analytical part, where the indicators are specifically calculated based on real data of the company and compared with the competing company and the last part is the proposal part, where proposals for improving the financial situation of the company are proposed, based on the shortcomings identified by the financial analysis.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Royal Prostějov, s.r.o., using financial and strategic analysis methods for the years 2017 to 2021. The thesis defines the theoretical foundations not only of financial but also of strategic analysis. Furthermore, the financial and strategic analysis methods are applied to the selected company. Based on the analyses, recommendations aimed at improving the selected company's situation are created, focused on the current situation and deficiencies identified from the analyses.
