Creation of new tourist products in the Vltavotýnsko area

The goal of this thesis is to design a product of tourism that will contribute to the development of tourism in the region of Vltavotýnsko. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to defining the concept and concurrent interesting trends of tourism and provides a resource for practical use. In this the current state of tourism in the area is analyzed. Through a survey data is collected about motivations and preferences of trippers. Used are even methods of half-structured interviews and own observations. Based on all the methods, crated are proposals of the product: "Na kolech tam a lodí zpátky" and with it a mobile app. Designs of marketing and sales support are also prepared.
Products of Tour Operators and Travel Agents for selected customer segments

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a product portfolio analysis that is currently being offered by travel agencies and the agencies focusing on the targeted group of customers. The selected segment of customers for the purpose of this thesis are college students aged between 20 and 29, due to their likely specific tourist behaviour patterns, needs and demands that set them apart from other tourism participants. Basing on the synthesis of the acquired data, another aim of the thesis is to suggest new original forms of tourism products and discuss their economic competitiveness.
Sightseeing Tours - the Analysis of Transport and Accommodation Solutions

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of transport and accommodation facilities from the random selection of sightseeing tours of more or less important travel agencies. In the first part there are defined various concepts related to the topic which are used in two ways, the analysis, and creation of own sightseeing tour. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create an analysis, and define the most frequently used accommodation, type of transport and related overall sightseeing tour. Another aim is to create an unique tour for the Slovak Republic, because Slovakia is very attractive country for tourists. It has a rich representation of different cultural, historical and natural sights which are worth visiting. The tour is interesting because of connections with hiking, cruises along the rivers and visiting various cultural sites.
Innovation of tourism for students on the Třebíč region and Jihlava region

The theme of my thesis was an innovation of a tourist product for students in the area of Třebíč and Jihlava. The main objective was to determine the preferences of students for organizing school trips, according to which should a product be designed, meeting the requirements of tourism for leisure time and to serve as an educational object as well.

Analysis of the supply of sightseeing tours in a selected city in the Czech Republic (Znojmo)

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the current supply of sightseeing tours in Znojmo as well as creating a unified set of tours, which could be helpful in practice. The theoretical part deals with the terminology of tourism. In this thesis a sightseeing tour is defined and the participant of tourism is classified as a main holder of demand. The thesis introduces the city Znojmo in general. The analytical part characterizes a typical visitor of Znojmo and their most demanded objects in the city. The analysis of the supply of sightseeing tours provided by two agencies is made. Results from both analyses are compared and evaluated in the end of the thesis.
Tourism product in tourism infocentre Jihlava

The scope of my work was to analyze the current tourist trade products in the tourist information centre and to carry out a research of demand and supply of the products of the tourist information centre. It was necessary to elaborate a situation analysis and an analysis of the tourist informational centre. In the situation analysis, it was important to elicit the position of the Vysočina Region and the city of Jihlava in the tourist trade, the visitor attractions and others. Another analysis was the Boston Matrix that demonstrates the product growth rate and the demand after the tourist information centre products. From the Boston Matrix, the importance of particular products and their current market situation was detected. For a wider obtaining of information about the tourist information centre, the SWOT Analysis was elaborated. From the SWOT Analysis, there result the inner (strong and weak points) and outer factors (opportunities and jeopardies) that influence the information centre. From the marketing research that was realized in the form of a questionnaire inquiry and was aimed at obtaining the information about tourists{\crq} satisfaction with the tourist information centre and with Jihlava, I learned that the most sought-after services of the tourist information centre was the sale of admission tickets and information about the town and its sights. The main aim of this dissertation was a proposition of some new types of products the visitors of Jihlava call for, which resulted from all the carried out analyses. The most importat part of the work was the questionnaire inquiry. The new products I proposed are a cycle track through the surroundings of Jihlava and a cyclemap.
The product of tourism in the information centre of Pelhřimov´s region

Foremost task of this bachelor work is to analyze natural, historical and cultural interests of Pelhřimov region. Another goal was the present state of tourism services valuation. After fulfilment above - mentioned analysis it is necessary state, that the range and level of delivering services mismatches number and structure visitors regularly visit Pelhřimov region. Next goal is to call in a question the importance of Pelhřimov town like a centre of this region and pertaining the area for tourism development. It was possible on the base of situation analysis. The tourism in our region is concentrated into the Pelhřimov town, which is secured a wide offer of traffic, accommodation, catering and also additional service. However, Pelhřimov town still has a reserve in the tourism. Pelhřimov is out of court among most desirable and attended regions, but on his territory it is possible to visit and admire many interesting places that there are not to seen in other parts of Czech Republic. Secondary target of this work was the Tourist information centre supply-demand analysis. TIC manages many products and services, but they are untimely propagandized. On the base of findings were created suggestions and recommendations to activities of Pelhřimov TIC, city and museum improvement. In the current offer of TIC the "packages" are missing, so the two of them were created: first was named "Weekend with family on Křemešník" and second was named "An active week in Pelhřimov". These two products should increase the visit rate and upgrade the Pelhřimov TIC offer. Lastly there were placed suggestions and recommendations to the Pelhřimov´s museums, because of crucial and outsider function.
A typology of recreation centres in the area Central Bohemia - southeast

The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to analyse segments of primary and secondary offer of tourism in the tourist district of Central Bohemia {--} South-East; further on the grounds of analysis of visitors needs and requirements to propose a new product of tourism which should increase attractivity of the region. The alternate objective of the work is to find the visitors needs and requirements in the tourist district of Central Bohemia {--} South-East with the help of questionnaire research and to analyse the offer of products of tourism in the Nová Živohošť summer vacation resort and the Slapy dam reservoir. The questionnaire research confirmed the two chosen working hypotheses. Most of the visitors came from Central Bohemia and the qualities of accommodation facilities were bad in their opinion. Following the findings of the research optimal offer of tourism of the Nová Živohošť vacation resort was suggested. For completeness of the offer of tourism the new product of tourism the cycling route called "Beauty of Neveklovsko Region by Bike" was designed.
Preconditions of development of tourism in select area Havlíčkobrodsko

The aim of this thesis was to analyze tourism of the region Havlíčkobrodsko, identify the hidden potential of tourism and propose a new tourism product focused on selected segments of visitors. The first part was focused on the theoretical definition of marketing, product, destination and tourism. Moreover, a fundamental characteristics of Havlíčkobrodsko, which delineates the major attractions that are found in this area, is given. The second part consists of field survey and design of a new product. The survey was conducted in Lipnice nad Sázavou, which has good prospects of tourism. Here is the seasonality problem, the lack of secondary supply and information to visitors that could be addressed. According to the information obtained from local authority staff, Christmas and Easter Fair was designed. It is the best way to develop local tourism.
