The analytical part contains characteristics of the observed company, next it contains a description of subject product innovation and it contains an analysis of the company's environment together with a financial analysis. The proposal part contains proposals of variants of financing of planned innovation and at the end, it contains an evaluation and proposal of the solution of the given problem.

Innovation Management in the Chosen Organization

The topic of this thesis is Innovation Management in the Chosen Organization. The aim of this work was to evaluate the actual state of innovation management, to identify possible weaknesses of this and to propose changes which can improve the present state. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part there is a literary review of term connected with the topic of the thesis. There are descriptions of the terms like innovation, innovation management or innovation process. The practical part begins with the introduction of chosen organization. Then there is described a current state of innovation management in detail. The analysis of actual state of innovation management is based mainly on information obtained in interviews with the director of company and other staff. After that part, there are given some recommendations to improve current situation.

First part of the thesis is theoretical and helps for deeper understanding of chosen subject. Practical part uses theoretical data and aims at the chosen company where the innovations are done. Mainly the thesis is focused on the innovated product and it's economical impact on the company.

Sustainable Tourism in the Tábor - district

The goal of my bachelor´s thesis was to evaluate the current state of tourism in the region of Tábor in terms of its sustainability. In the introduction of my thesis I worked with specialized literature, with the help of which I developped a literature review and then I wrote a situational analysis of the area. Based on field survey questionnaire and structured interviews, I proposed an innovation of the tourism product, which should be in the area to promote sustainable tourism.
