Bachelor thesis deals with the study during the engagement at GRD Service, which manufactures mainly P.O.S. and P.O.P. product or products to promote sales. The theoretical part contains an explanation of terms that relate to this topic. In the analytical part I focus on the current course of the contract explained on the case and then I mention the new proposals for improvement, which should lead to an improvement during the engagement in company.

Master‘s thesis concerns management order processing through BRAVOLL Company Ltd., this company is specialized on area of injection moulding of plastic and mechanical engineering. Main area of interest in BRAVOLL is piecework, it is necessary to reduce delivery time and to offer more quality services for retaining current customers and for gaining new customers. Theoretic part of this work is focused on optimalization of order processing through organization. In practical part there are suggested changes that lead to reducing delivery time and to improvement of services for costumers.

This master’s thesis is aimed to improvement of the management of orders in ISMA Jevíčko L.t.d. Company. This company is interested in construction market. The thesis solves the theoretic basics and its implementation on company mentioned above. Further, there are new methods of company and order course management, suggested. For improvement of customer services I used outsourcing IS/IT, marketing outsourcing, ecological standards, TQM method and other useful science procedures.

This thesis is focused on study of process during the engagement in small company Podlahy Lakomý, which deals with realization of floor work. Thesis is divided to three main parts. First part is concerned with the theoretical knowledge. Second part focusing on the analysis of the current status process of order. In the last part are mentioned proposals for amendments, which leading to streamline entire order process.

The main goal of this thesis is to analyze a specific business process in CeWe Color Company. The thesis consists of theoretical, analytical and practical parts. In theoretical part are explained the basic concepts and approaches in the field of logistics. The following describes some of the specific elements of the logistics chain – customer service, information system of logistics and the distribution channels. The analytical part focuses on analysis the internal and external environment of the company and describes and analyses the company’s current situation. Current situation is reviewed and shortcomings are identified. At the end of work are proposed the concrete suggestions for improvement, including their benefits and conditions of realization.

Theoretical part focuses on explanation of the basic terms, which are related to the order and manufacturing process. The practical part contains the current process of undertaking the order and proposal for improvement in communication with suppliers and delivery terms.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of management of the contract process with the creation of added value in terms of delivery dates and costs in the production company ALST-Jan Stejskal. The work is divided into three parts. The first part mentions terms needed to understand the work. The second part is focused on the analysis of the current state of the company and the third part contains overtures leading to streamlining the contract process.
