This bachelor thesis deals with the study of order processing in the company OK Trust s.r.o., which focuses on financial counselling for both natural and legal persons. Considering my long-term practice in this company I have gained a sufficient amount of information about its activities and methods of overall order processing, which means I can analyse the current state of a particular order for a client. On the ground of results from such an analysis I will be able to evaluate as well as suggest some new steps for improvement and simplification of the overall order processing.

This bachelor thesis deals with the improvement during the engagement in the company VMT Ecopack s. r. o. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which deals with theoretical knowledge and VMT Ecopack s.r.o. is introduced and the practical part where the current course of the contract described. On the basis of the analyzed analyzes, proposals are made for changes that may lead to an improvement in the course of the contract.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the study of order processing in company, in manufacturing company named FERMAT, ltd. The company is specialized on manufacture of horizontal boring machine. The first part is focused on theoretical basis. The company is introduced and the order processing is analyzed (beginning from receipt of demand from customer to the shipment of the final product) in the second part. In the third part, changes are proposed for improving whole order processing in the chosen company.

The master’s thesis deals with the issue of risk management during the contract in the company Besta Trade s.r.o., dealing with sheet metal processing CNC technology. The theoretical part explains the concepts and methods related to this issue. The analytical part describes the course of the contract and identifies all possible risks that may occur during the contract. Their identification is performed using selected tools - FMEA method. Measures are proposed in the design part, the intention is to reduce the size of risks during the contract.

The bachelor’s thesis on "Process Management Studies in Services" focuses on the course of the contract by the company and its process management. The paper contains three main chapters. In the first chapter there are the theoretical starting points. The second chapter deals with the analysis of the current state of the business with regard to the contract. The third chapter consists of the draft of the order and the conditions for the implementation of the proposal. The proposal should contribute to more efficient order management in the organization.
