Modern cooling lubricant for metal machining
Menšíková, Markéta ; Kubík, Roman (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This Bachelor’s thesis focuses on literature search of problems of process liquids. This thesis describes basic principles and methods of cooling and lubrication in machining, sorts of process liquids, activities associated with the use of these liquids and current market situation. The output of this thesis is general technical economic evaluation for using process liquids in machining.
The influence of process fluid on the machining cycle
Ertl, Roman ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis focuses on literature search of problems of process fluids in the machining cycle. The aim of the thesis is to describe the properties of metalworking fluids and their distribution. Subsequently, the requirements for metalworking fluids from different angles of view are described. Process infuences are also discussed in detail on aspects such as temperature, wear, tool durability, etc. Another aim of the thesis is the feeding of process fluid into the machine’s working space and alternatives to process fluids, where MQL and dry machining are included. Great emphasis is placed on protecting the environment and the influence of liquids on the health of the machine operator. Subsequently, the basic maintenance of metalworking fluid sis described, starting with the creation of a new concentrate until their disposal.
Influence of process liquids on friction and wear of tools
Holý, Jan ; Novák, Zdeněk (referee) ; Bumbálek, Bohumil (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is mainly focused on analyse creating mechanical chip, friction and wear of tools during cutting process. Also there is encompassed their elimination with using process liquids. Here is pointed out character processional liquids, advantage and disadvantage using and also their substitution during dry cutting.
The influence of process liquids on the machining process
Lišková, Tereza ; Strejček, Jan (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The content of my study is related to the coolant comparison in machining manufacturing process. Subject of analysis is a company which produce vacuum pumps and machine parts from aluminium castings and billets. My records and final analysis are a recommendation of the suitable coolant for the manufacturing process in terms of their Lean production system´s KPI´s (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Costs).
