Implementation of a Social Housing Project within the Organisation

The diploma thesis focuses on the innovative project, the Real Estate Office for Social Housing, and its implementation in a specific organization. The project is one of the possibilities of solving homelessness, so in the first part I look at this issue from the perspective of the social and housing sector, which is most linked to the project, as well as from a historical and legislative perspective. Then I concentrate on the specific type of support for people in housing need, which the project falls under. The aim of the thesis is to describe the process of implementation, or rather its sub-parts, of the Real Estate Office for Social Housing, and to explain its risks using the organisation theory and the theory of Street-Level Bureaucracy. In the research I have used a qualitative methodology, specifically a design of a case study research.
