The subject of the Bachelor thesis is a static and structural design of a steel construction of a car showroom in Trnava. I tis a two-bay construction with a mono-pitched roof. As a first, the load was calculated, next the structural version was determinet. Structural analysis was made with Dlubal RFEM software. Main load-bearing elements were designed and checked, including reinforcing members, column anchorage and selected connections. Were made a calculations, drawing documentation and technical report.

The Roofing of the Sport Multipurpose Hall

Main task of this thesis is to design a roofing of multi-purpose sport hall. Multipurpose sport hall has a floor dimensions 48 x 35 m and is 16.0 m high. The hall is composed of cross-linked steel girders saved on rolled profiles of columns, which transmit loads into concrete pile foundations. Gable roof has a slope 7° and it is hidden behind a parapet which consists of steel square profiles. The construction consists of thin-walled purlins made by the company Voestalpine. Rigidity is ensured by steel elements in the plane of the roof structure in the longitudinal plane and gable walls. The thesis is carried out in compliance with the Eurocodes.

Production site ITAB Boskovice - rough upper construction

The main purpose of this dissertation is to design and describe technological stage of rough upper construction of production hall, which is part of production site ITAB. It focuses on the budget, work schedule, providing of energy sources, appropriate setup of temporary objects on the construction site and creation of the effective construction procedure. Result of this work represents possible construction progression with focus on the construction speed of the steel structure.

Steel structure of airport hangar

The aim of this work is design and assessment of the steel roof structure of a airport hangar for sports aircrafts in Zlín. Ground plan dimensions are 36 x 78 m. The main supporting system is composed of truss girders. On the one side the truss girders are pinned on column, on the other side they are pinned into foundation. The truss girders are arc-shaped, with structural height 1,5 m. Distance between main structures are 6 m. Construction is designed as system without purlins. Bars of the steel structure are from rolled profiles and are designed according to current standards. Supporting elements are designed from steel of class S 355 and S 460.
