The proposed building is located on land that is accessible from Železničiarska street on the outskirts of Nitra. The extension is located on the north side of the land. The main entrance to the building is solved by crossing the Connecting Corridor. The building has two underground and four above-ground floors. On the 1st floor, there are pharmacy premises, a kitchen with a buffet and facilities, toilets and connecting corridors. In the northwest corner there is a warehouse for landscaping the green areas of the property. The rigidity of the upper structure is solved by two stiffening monolithic reinforced concrete cores, in which vertical communications are placed. The supporting elements of the ceilings are designed from prestressed ceiling panels and monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building is covered with a green single-layer flat roof. The insulation of the perimeter structures is designed with the ETICS contact insulation system made of mineral wool. The foundation structures are designed as monolithic grids.

Velič, Marek ; Čairović, Dorde (referee) ; Kostiha, Vojtěch (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on two construction designs on the 3rd floor. The first design is made of pre-stressed panels of SPIROLL type. The second design consists of a reinforced concrete continuous slab design with two bays, a beam, and a column. The internal forces for the design were obtained using SCIA Engineer. These internal forces were checked by hand calculation using the method of three-moment equations. Drawings for the above structures are included in the thesis. The design and assessment of the structures have been carried out as per the applicable standards.
