Language of SMS and French as a foreign language

in English with English title of the thesis: Language of SMS and French as a foreign language The central topic of the thesis is the language of short text messages (SMS) and/or the one of chat and their application in teaching of French as a foreign language (fr. abbreviation F.L.E., français langue étrangère). The aim is to answer the question so as to how to grasp linguo- didactically this modern sociolect of young users (not only) of French, typical of written communication via digital technologies, with the purpose of the purely practical use in the classes of French. Firstly, a linguistic description will be given in order to understand the mechanisms of the explored language code not only in French, but also partly in Czech and English, as well as the determination of the position of the SMS language as a socio-cultural phenomenon in the present-day French. The following research will be dealing with the identification and the analysis of the teaching activities using the SMS language found in approximately fifty text books of French intended for the learners of levels A1, A2, B1, B2. Labour mobility in the Europe union

The objective of the thesis "Labour mobility in selected European countries" is to analyze development trends of labour mobility and its determinants in 5 countries of the European union. Theoretical part deals with definitions of mobility which are necessary to comprehend analysis. Also includes consequences of labour mobility and process of legislative transformations, that had changed free labour mobility in the EU. Practical part deals with comparison of international labour mobility and labour mobility inside each country. Thesis also includes analysis of labour mobility trends from 2000 to 2010 and target analysis of European legislative changes. The counclusion of this thesis is that Europe union policy is filled with unfortunate paradoxes. On the one hand, there is very supportive policy of labor migration in the EU Member States, which does not show any improvement. On the other hand, there is the pursuit of complete isolation from the rest of the world, which in fact very effectively reduces the influx of immigrants and thus further weakens the potential of labor migration in the European Union.

Work is focused on the work attitudes of men towards women, especially in managerial positions. It describes the gender issues. The work focuses on the views of workers in a firm and focused on their attitudes and views on whether today there are still some barriers between managers or not. There is performed qualitatively quantitative research, which consists of interviews with senior staff and the use of a questionnaire survey.

The analysis of work satisfaction of the XY hotel

The subject of this thesis is the work satisfaction and the problemactics of work motivation of the employees in the XY hotel. The goal of this thesis is to provide an overall view on the problematics of work satisfaction, to carry out the survey in the hotel, to process the gained data and propose regulations that could improve the current situation.
