This bachelor‘s thesis is written in the form of literature search. The aim of the bachelor‘s thesis is familiar with the concept of the „Czech National Award for Quality“ and the impact it has on organizations and on society itself. The thesis is divided into several parts, the first is dealing with the actual development of the Czech National Award for Quality to approach the concept of quality. Further are described main features, system of functioning award and institutional arrangements. In the last chapter various models are discussed for both the business and the public sector. In conclusion the influence of Award in the Czech Republic is evaluated.

The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first section examines the factual information concerning the Czech National Quality Award. It describes its history from the beginnings to these days. The second part provides the reflection on the impact of the Award on the winning organization, on its employees, and its position in the Czech and international markets.

Subject of Barchelor thesis is "Children's life insurance offer analysis in CZ". This thesis compares three insurance companies offering this product on Czech market. Insurance companies have been selected randomly. Objective of the thesis is mapping of insurance market of the children insurance in CZ, comparing competitive advantage of three insurance companies resulting to expression of recommendations for this product. Objective of insurance market mapping of the children insurance in CZ is assessment of the list of insurance companies offering this product. Competitive advantage will be compared in terms of price, positive approach towards customers, risk coverage, limits, charges and illness coverage. Recommendation for this product will be given in terms of price, personal attitude to customers and risks coverage by insurance companies.

This bachelor thesis is devoted to a survey of financial demands of study at universities in the Czech Republic. The theoretical section elucidates setting of fees at universities and financing. The practical section is dedicated to a specific set of fees for universities that have a faculty of economics, their comparison and ulti-mately determines the position of schools by the costs incurred by the student dur-ing the study. Thesis serves as a comparison of schools and highlights the level of student's cost of education.

The bachelor thesis "Investments in mutual funds and ETF" is focused on the characteristics of both investment products, their comparison, differences, advantages and disadvantages and the current legislative framework in the Czech Republic. The main goal of the thesis is an unequivocal recommendation to retail Czech investor, on which of these investment options is more favorable for him. The recommendation is based on an analysis and comparison in terms of return, risk, liquidity, availability and fees through a model example.

Bank charges in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis focuses on bank charges connected with administration of current bank accounts for individuals. It describes the historical development of bank charges and most often paid fees. The target is to evaluate the cheapest bank account from what a czech bank offers and to create a simple instruction of procedures during a bank selection. The thesis compares costs spent on account administration for a month, a year, and 10 years. The result is a comparison of expenditures for the administration of a bank account by particular banks, applied to a hypothetical, typical client and an instruction for quick bank selection.

Multi-criteria evaluation of mortgages

The aim of this thesis is to find suitable mortgage, describe important criteria for comparison of mortgages and what types of mortgages the banks offer. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into four parts. At first, I describe methods of determining the weights and methods of multi-criteria decision making. Then I focus on information about mortgage loan and about loan application process. In the third part I present variants and criteria and in the fourth I detect the best mortgage. I used WSA, TOPSIS, ELECTRE III and MAPPAC and add-on of Microsoft Excel - Sanna.
