TOWNHOUSE ON THE WATERFRONT IN PŘEROV

Polyfunctional townhouse is designed on the frontside of the river Bečva near the historical centre of Přerov. It stands inbetween two different types of estate. On one hand a compact horizontal line of buildings on the riverside - including a significant functionalist building of the Sokol (sports hall), on the other hand an incompact estate of smaller solo houses. The goal of the project was to complement the estate desirably.
NEW ON THE „OLD“ – Brno, Bratislavská - Stará Corner

The concept of this problem is division of the house into two distinctly different materials, which also defines interpenetration except themselves and public spaces and penetrations to them. Each feature different mass flow process and complementary . House fills the corner , and continued as comprehensive nature of construction in the area. However, doing so at the expense of public space , which is located inside the parcel . Invites you to him sprawling penetration facade. He symbolically reduces the transition into the space of half a designated resident. In the inner block , accessible to anyone , there is room for furniture, patio restaurants and coffee shops , which can serve as a stage for ranking various smaller cultural and music events . Parterre house includes services leasable retail space ... The expression also in the house himself transcribed clear difference jendotlivých functions . Relatively robust mass residential part is trying to lighten ledges that act as individual levels levitated on large plates . Crowning cornice of the house continues the surrounding buildings despite combinations of varying heights floors for living and Administration.
Completion of a city block Urban development study of a city block between the streets Koliště, Cejl a Vlhká

An elaborate territory spanning the streets of Koliště, Cejl and Vlhká is situated near the historical core of the city. The character of the neighborhood lies in the historical events of the 19th century - the disturbance of the walls and the formation of a circular class. Eight objects are designed in the designed area - 2 on the street Vlhká and 6 on the street Koliště. The effort of the project was ended with a block of the city, following the surrounding construction with mutual respect. The exterior of the objects is designed with a classic fine white color. The proposal also includes the urban area transfer to the City Directorate of the City of Brno, as well as the relocation of the Vlhká Street space to create a fully-fledged area of the square. On both streets - Koliště and Vlhká are newly-built long-standing parking places enriched by the linear planting of trees to bring greenery in the area and its surroundings. The overall concept is designed to make its functionality and disposition effective, as well as an effort to react to the surrounding environment. Designed objects completing the city block are polyfunctional objects with a vertical division functions. Part of the design is also the connection of the streets Koliště and Vlhká for the pedestrians through the passage through the inter-building between the buildings. The main idea of creating the interior is in contrast to the busy street Koliště. The proposal proposes the completion of blocks as a unification of the whole territory.
The object of metropolitan significance on the street Benesova Brno

The thesis is concerned with the concept of series of metropolitan objects located near Grand, following the current character of the place in the centre of Brno. The concept of polyfunctional building in the north part of the site takes into account an urbanistic structure of the area. The series of objects revitalizes long term unused infill in so called Ringstrasse.

This diploma thesis deals with processing of technological preparation of the polyfunctional building in Vyškov. The work includes a technical report, a time and financial plan of the construction, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages and an itemized budget for the main building. It also solves the project site equipment including design of construction machinery. It further elaborates the technical regulations for interior plaster, floor design and stacked ceiling for which a control and test plan is developed.
