Movement preparation about young basketball players

Title: Movement preparation about young basketball players Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to study the literature related to the issue of movement preparation of novice basketball players, then to find out the opinions of the respondents by means of an on-line questionnaire survey and to get a comprehensive view of this issue. Methods: The survey was done by means of an on-line questionnaire form via the Internet. Results: Through a questionnaire survey I found out the opinions of 47 Czech coaches of children and youth, which I compared with professional literature and came to the following results - the most suitable age for the beginning of basketball attendance is 8- 10 years old, the best way to achieve quality and long-lasting sports performance is to follow a developmentally appropriate training pathway with adherence to the principles of versatility and progressive loading; the main reasons for lessening participation rates in basketball at the ages between 10-15 appear to be interest in other hobbies; at the age of 15-20 years there is pressure to perform, other interests and health problems, which may be closely related to early specialization training. Basic step of acrobatic rock and roll for school age children

Title: Basic step of acrobatic rock and roll for school age children Obejctives: Unification of requirements to make the basic step and the subsequent recommendation of exercise necessary for its proper execution is the goal of the work. Also analyzes the overall situation in terms of further development and evaluation in our country and in the world. Bachelor thesis is focused on the younger school age children. Method: Research was by using standardized interview. The research group consisted of five couaches of acrobatic rock and roll. Results: Based on literature and information obtained from the interview, I decided the basic step is according to the practice a long-term matter. Because of the inssuficient description in the rules of the acrobatic rock and roll, is its tuition as well as the evaluation completely different. Title: Comparison of physical preparation for preschool children in the rhythmic gymnastics clubs Objectives: The main objective of this work is compare physical preparation in the two rhythmic gymnastics clubs for preschool children Methods: In this work, we used the analysis and comparison. The analysis was utilized in the analysis of movement preparation and comparison of comparing the training unit in each section Results: Differences were detected in the part of temporal distribution of training unit and in the execution time of flexibilities exercises. The Physical Preparation of Children at Athletic Preparatory

Title: The Physical Preparation of Children at Athletic Preparatory Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis was to check the level of the kinetic literacy at schools or other hobby groups by children at the preparatory age. Also a set of exercises for testing the basic coordinative abilities was created. These exercises are suitable for children between the ages of 6 and 8. Methods: In this bachelor thesis the following methods were used: descriptive analysis, questionnaires, observation and data analysis. Results: With the help of the questionnaire one found out that the spectra of motional activities by children from the primary school level gradually extends hand in hand with their age. Another finding was the fact that more than the half of the interviewed children attends also another kinetic group than just the athletic one. Floorball had the major representation among them. Three exercises from the set were defined as unsuitable for children between the ages of 6 and 8. These were the exercises 7, 9 and 16.
