Leak testing of pneumatic components
Staňo, Martin ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of pneumatic components testing and air leakage measurement. The current state of the given issue is summarized based on the analysis of leak testing methods in accordance with valid legislation. The aim of this thesis is to design methods for pneumatic components testing according to specification. As part of method verification, a pneumatic circuit with a pressure control system has been assembled, on which functionality tests of provided components and leak tests by the pressure-drop method have been performed. The results of these tests have been subsequently evaluated as consistent with the specification.
Analysis and optimalization of pneumatic system of race pneumobile
Navrátil, Lukáš ; Nevrlý, Josef (referee) ; Ranuša, Matúš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the theoretical design of the new pneumatic system, which should lead to increased performance and fuel racing pneumobilu Blowfish. After the theoretical proposal deals with the analysis of both the new pneumatic circuit, and the old pneumatic circuit. The culmination of this work will be participating in the competition with the pneumobil in Hungary, Eger. The first part describes the current state pneumobilu contest and its rules. Further there are described in detail pneumatic elements that are used to pneumobilu. In the second part contains measurements that verify the effectiveness of the new pneumatic circuit.
Theory of pneumatic car design
Stodolák, Martin ; Robenek, Dětřich (referee) ; Nevrlý, Josef (advisor)
This thesis covers the theoretical solution of the compressed air powered vehicle. The first section describes the competition of the compressed air powered vehicles, that is annually held in Hungary, where the idea for such a car design was created. There are also additional descriptions of the construction of the machines from the hungarian competition. In the second section there is a calculation of the chosen vehicle construction, where the main emphases is based on the calculation of the drive of the vehicle. The description of the manufacturing, tests and vehicle presentation follows.
Design for testing device used to measure air leakage from linear pneumatic actuator
Kurillová, Katarína ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This thesis is focused on detecting air leakage in serial production of pneumatic linear actuators. Testing for air leakage is an important part of the production process in which the manufacturer ensures that the product satisfies quality requirements and works correctly. The thesis was created in collaboration with the Czech manufacturing plant of SMC Industrial Automation CZ s.r.o., which produces pneumatic actuators. Goal of the design part of the thesis is to select the most effective method for testing and finding universal principle for testing in specified conditions. The principle is then applied to design a testing device for the CQ2 cylinders. The testing device consists of three parts - pneumatic circuit, control circuit and electric circuit. Thesis conclusion contains comparison of the newly designed testing device with the device currently in use.
Pneumatic Circuit Simulator
Brožek, Pavel ; Ježek, Pavel (advisor) ; Dingle, Adam Thomas (referee)
In the thesis, we develop a pneumatic circuit simulator that can be used as a computational core of a larger pneumatic circuit simulation project. The simulator is designed to best reflect the needs of users who want to simulate simpler pneumatic circuits and for which professional commercial software is unavailable. Simulator of electric circuits SPICE was used as a reference model of a simulator. The simulator was implemented in C# as a library for .NET Standard 2.0. The simulator has been designed so that some of its parts can be replaced with better implementations without the need to change the simulator library, e.g. any linear equation system solver can be plugged into the simulator. A limited set of sample pneumatic components has been implemented for the simulator and the procedure for implementing new pneumatic components has been described in detail. A sample console application that can run circuit simulations of circuits defined with the use of special syntax in text files has also been created.
