Autocalibration of Vibration Sensors
Macháčková, Petra ; Vdoleček, František (referee) ; Zuth, Daniel (advisor)
The main objective of this thesis is presentation of various features of technical diagnostics, such as autodiagnostics and autocalibration. Thesis describes ways to diagnostics of rotocure, presents various types of sensors used in vibrodiagnostics and shows possibilities for their calibration. This work also contains information about automatic calibration of external influences, which affect sensor characteristics.
Signal Conditioning for Piezoelectric Sensors
Stoklásek, Petr ; Havránek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was to find and describe different circuit designs of transducers for piezoelectric vibration sensors. The thesis contains introduction to piezoelectric sensors and transducers design. Two transducers were designed – charge amplifier with active feedback and charge amplifier with ICP output. Measurement results of these were processed and are attached to the thesis.
Present State of Vibration-diagnostics
Hamplová, Veronika ; Vdoleček, František (referee) ; Zuth, Daniel (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is interested in new trends in vibrodiagnosis. There are described and compared properties of present-day measuring instruments and sensors. The thesis shows the newest trends and progress in the wireless transmission, minimisation and better accuracy of sensors. Then, there are described portable instruments, where progress has been registered in two fields, minimisation and better accuracy.
Ultrasonic field of level sensors measurement
Hlavatý, Radek ; Fialka, Jiří (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The paper deals with the description of the ultrasonic field around the piezoelectric sensors. The theoretical part serves as an overview for the understanding the ultrasound problematics. More closely studied is the phenomenon of ultrasound wave attenuation. At the end of the theoretical part, three different methods of field measuring were selected and described. The practical part of this work is a more detailed description of the whole measuring system available in the Continental laboratory, that has been put into operation. The system uses a reflection method to measure the ultrasonic field. Automated way of data processing in the form of a script in Python and a macro in Excel was designed. Uncertainties were determined by the test measurements, so was the repeatability of the measured results, that correspond to the physical theory.
